Freezes when trying to view tickets
Freezes every time I try to open ticket. IPhone 10 with OS 13-1. Barely seen red bar seems to indicate downloading but it stops at about 1/3 and totally freezes. New phone.

App will not even load on an iPad iOS 13.3 App doesn’t work on the iPhone iOS 13.3 Cannot delete tickets Tickets show all the html coding making them almost impossible to read.

Still won’t work. Says it can’t find my server via http. Have the address correct (I’ve been using Kayako for many years). Would love to use this app again. Please help.
