Waste of time and resources

This app will take any article you want and turn it into a podcast where instead of just reading the text of the article or answering your question in a straightforward way, they'll talk in circles around it for a good 20 to 30 minutes. The best part is you get to wait for several minutes just for them to create the podcast for you to start listening. What is the point of using this app? I get ZERO benefit from it. It's just a trinket. Just for show.
Not the same functionality as desktop version

I love and use NotebookLM desktop version for personal and professional use. Unfortunately, the mobile version does not allow you to deselect some of the sources or customize the audio overview function to focus on specific areas you want to learn. Hopefully Google will make improvements in the future.
So Quiet

The generated audio is so quiet! Even with my iPhone’s volume turned all the way up, it sounds like it’s stuck at less than 50%. I don’t have this issue in any other app. Because of this, I can only listen to the generated audio in an absolutely silent environment or with noise canceling headphones. I love NotebookLM and am excited to update my review to 5 stars once this annoying bug is fixed.
