I have just bought a Samsung S24 phone and I am having issues adding the Capital One Credit Card on Samsung Pay. I am located in Dubai. I am not sure if this has something to do with the issue. Could someone please assist me?

Why does my app keep crashing been like this for two weeks

I had the capital zone app for several years. Then suddenly it disappeared. I have to go to the App Store every time I want to use the app. I can’t down load the app. I can only OPEN the app.

my app will not take pic of my check to dep.. it opens but doesnt show check on camara , i tried re installing app all permissions are ok , i restarted phone .

The Capital One app crashes on my iPad 12 Pro. Same issue as another poster - can enter login info but as soon as I submit login, it crashes. Multiple re-download attempts have not solved the issue.

When I try to open the app I getr the message "Capitol One has stopped"

The app will not open on my iPad 12 pro. It lets me enter my login and password and once I hit enter the app crashes and disappears. I have deleted the app several times and redownloaded. Still the same problem. It works fine on my iPhone 12. Would appreciate some response to this problem.

Can't log into any of my accounts. I just installed the mobile app again & got nothing .It won't load at all .Is if fixed ,should I worry about my accounts?

I am trying to deposit a check, but when I click front image the screen goes black and stays black. I cannot take photos of the check to deposit it.

Recently when I use the capital one app to log in It wants a verification code. I haven’t experienced any problems in the past while abroad up until recently. I check my account on a daily basis when I make a charge to stay on top of the exchange rate for my purchase.. I am still abroad and need a solution to check my accounts. In the past it was more convenient because a code was sent via email but now the code must be sent to a US based number. Will using a VPN solve this issue?

I have problem with the mobile application. When i click the application, It does not open. It only says: Service error. I have tried to solve This App error but with not exit at all.

I can’t get on get the online app to work once it has opened it just says it can’t access my information as I have no internet connection when I have a good internet connection this has been going on for months and made get a few late payment fees. I have tried a few ways to get the app to work but still no joy.

I can't get on my online account for a while. Keeps saying can't access my information as I may not have internet connection but I have. Keep taking app on and off. My settings are to to date. Don't know what to do

Once I put the pass code in it does not allow access to transactions payments etc. Keeps saying no Internet connection when it is obvious I have this. Tried on different WiFi connections but its just stopped working and hasn't for about 3 weeks now.

Capital one like other American businesses is going to shit with problems on app and online statements and their customer service is plain fucking stupid.
