How to fix Yuka app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yuka app on iPhone
Update Yuka app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yuka iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yuka on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yuka network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yuka Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yuka not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yuka App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yuka » click [Force Stop]

Update Yuka to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yuka App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yuka » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yuka.

Fix Yuka unable to contact server/ Yuka internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yuka » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yuka » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yuka
