[Solved] Costco App not working. The app won’t open for use anymore. I have never experienced this before

Can not save to my android cell desktop
The home page loads. When you try to go to a “department” (clothing, new items, etc), it says “access denied.” It’s been like this for at least a week.
Coincidentally since the latest android update I can't access costco.com even on my laptop, and the app only shows my current shopping list. I can't browse the savings brochure or any other section. My searches load very slowly or not at all.
The upgraded app looks different when I bring up my account to check out of Costco. when the clerk scanned it he said it came up invalid account. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, but it still looks the same. anyone else having this problem?
Digital card won’t load properly. Tries to load my old expired account vs my current family account and tells me I need to renew. Our family card is active through Dec.
Ever since I upgraded from an IPhone 8 to IPhone 14 pro I can’t get the Costco app to open unless I power off and restart my phone.
Have Costco app on Iphone and click on it and nothing comes up. Has worked fine till today.
App will not allow my Citibank/Costco credit card to attach. Customer service could not get it to work either. They even sent a letter say that for some unknown reason they could not attach my credit card to the Costco App.

Costco app was installed and ran ok for years, but recent attempts to updateit failed. So, I uninstalled it. I tried to install it, but Android 7 says "can't install Costco wholesale".
I can't change my warehouse, when I search for location the words are all overlapped and set as warehouse button is unclickable
Can't get checkout to process on either Android or laptop. Chatted with Costco and did all the recommended actions to fix it to no avail. Chat rep won't process my order either 😒

The digital membership card does not show with honor 8 with android 7. Log in Costco app on other phones such as Moto E and the membership card shows.

I’m expecting same day delivery and the order hasn’t shown up in the app and when I check the status it won’t load anything beyond the text that shopper checked out.
