How to fix Google app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Google app on iPhone
Update Google app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Google iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Google on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Google network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Google Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Google not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Google App
1. On android, goto Settings » Google » click [Force Stop]

Update Google to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Google App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Google » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Google.

Fix Google unable to contact server/ Google internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Google » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Google » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Google
