McDonald's Status

Ever since you added functionality to your app - last 3 months? - your app keeps crashing on my Samsung A21s mobile. What programming language are you using? Clearly there is some kind of incompatibility with the language android uses. Most frustrating! Please comment.

Order # GJ44 was placed and received on 2-25-23 but it still remains open on my cellphone, number 574-606-7805. My phone will not allow me to place another order advising this order is open. The McDonald store I always visit, the manager was not able to help me with closing this order. The store is located at 1430 S. Nappanee St. Elkhart, IN. What can I do to clear this up without deleting my account as I have over 13000 reward points, I would like to use. Please review and advise. mc Donald's app not letting me sign in

I installed the "updates" and now it will not load. Sometimes have to restart my phone 4-5 times to get it to work. Why?

After updating the app, it was wiped clean like I was new to the app. It deleted all the loyalty points I had acquired. CS told me to reinstall the app and it would refresh back to normal. Nope! I called CS and they blamed Apple but escalated my problem for further review. I just got an email telling me there is nothing wrong and no points were lost. Now they are calling me a liar! I wouldn’t have reported a problem if I hadn’t lost a substantial number of loyalty points. I know it shouldn’t be a big deal, but I definitely chose McDonald’s over other places because of the deals and rewards. There are plenty of other options. Bye bye McDonald’s!
