For the past several times that I've gone to two different local Starbucks stores, I've been unable to pay using the Starbucks app on my phone.

When I tried this morning at the Starbucks store on Main Street in Williamsville, NY, the girl at the drive-through window told me that my app was "not accepted". Yesterday, I had a similar problem at the Starbucks Williamsville Place location on Sheridan Drive (Amherst).

The app SHOULD be accepted. In both cases, I then proceeded to pay with my credit card -- the same credit card that the app is linked to!

What's the problem? Please advise

I am trying to create a Starbucks Rewards, have tried with multiple email addresses. Keep getting "Something went wrong on our end" error messages.

Using the App in the morning, logging out in the afternoon, trying to sign back in afterward but the login screen just looping and can't go further. I can't reach the screen to enter email and password. Uninstalled the App, cleared cache and data, powered off then reinstalled with the latest version, and updated my phone but same issue remained.

Keep getting "something wrong on our end" messages-I went to the store and other mobile orders were being filled! Starbucks card worked fine in store…help!

App has not worked for weeks
My cards - and the cash on them - are no longer displayed:
“Something is wrong on our end’
Similarly when I hit Scan:
“Something is wrong on our end.”
I have tried deleting and restoring the app - no improvement.
Please advise

I literally open the app and it crashes my phone. Has been an issue for a few months. Deleted and redownloaded, no luck.

The app won't allow me to order on it. It's been like this for almost 2 weeks now. I've tried deleting and redownloading the app, updating (there aren't any), switching stores, and it just keeps saying that "There Is A Problem On Our End". Help?

I cannot order using the Starbucks app. Every time I try I get a message that says ‘Something Went Wrong on our End’. I’ve deleted and re-uploaded, updated and turned my phone on and off and still getting the same message. I even tried ordering through another location. This has been going on since last week. Please help. I hate standing in line to place my order.

HI there,

App suddenly doesn't recognize my face so asks for a password. Password reset I place it won't accept despite meeting criteria. Reset through email but not connecting to my app account.

Starbucks app hasn’t worked for at least 2 months. I’ve done every suggestion to fix it. I have to select forgot password every time I want I use it and then use right away - very annoying and I’ve lost points like crazy because of it
