I have a telegram account under the name Richard M Fleming, PhD, MD, JD. The photo is of a book that I published "Is COVID a Bioweapon? A Scientific and Forensic Investigation." Someone else is impersonating me on telegram using a photo of myself and using my name Dr Richard M Fleming. They are selling products, endorsing political candidates and discussing religion. I do NOT sell products, endorse candidates or discuss religion. This is the illegal use of my image and defamatory. I have attempted to send messages to telegram by reporting this. The person has me blocked from being able to post on their site preventing me from exposing them. I need the illegal site using my name and image removed. I would also like to know who is doing this and where they live as this is a TORT civil violation and under internet laws federal authorities may also get involved. I was on Telegram desktop through my tower computer, that has windows 7. I am on cable internet, no Wifi. I just have a just a cheap phone that is on a free state program. Due to living on a fixed income.I do not have internet access now to my phone. I had a constant pop up coming up when i was Telegram & i could not get rid of it. So, while i still had my Telegram program in place. I re-installed my Telegram program, thinking it would correct the problem, if so. I was so wrong. I did not get my access code to be able to log back in, for afterwards. I cannot get back to my account now without this code. Please email me my code, so i can get back.
