When I first setup my Google Authenticator app, it asked if I wanted to save my backup codes. I clicked "Yes". Now I can't find those codes. Where are they?

I have Samsung X Cover 3 (Android 5.1.1) and after update Google Authenticator can't start - it's only white screen, not tokens, not settings, nothing. With this update I wanted to change the phone and transfer tokens to a new one, but now I don't know what to do.

I need to have my PC account google authenticator delinked and deactivated. I was in the process of relinking my authenticator. The sign in for authenticator has locked up due to too many sign in attempts.
