MLB Ballpark Status

My iPhone 7 will not update to iOS 16. Uses latest iOS 15 however continually brings up the update screen. How will I be able to attend MLB games in Toronto without the MLB app working?

I purchased tickets to a Tampa Bay Rays spring training game and was advised that I had to download the MLB Ballpark App to get the tickets. I downloaded the app and have now tried a number of times over the last 2 days to create my account, but after entering my information, I keep getting the following message: "Something went wrong, please try again." This message has come up over and over on my repeated attempts over the last two days to get registered.

PLEASE HELP ME. I bought four tickets yesterday for the Yanks/Nats game on 8/26 and they are NOT in my app. My number is 804-814-9967. Please help. Thank you

I can "open" the MLB Ballpark app on my IPhone 8 Plus with an IOS version of 16.7.4 but I cannot download the app....there is no option for that...

I was getting the "sorry something went wrong" message for hours. I turned off my wifi and used my data instead -- then logged in, no issues.

I am logged into the app and I'm trying to buy tickets and it comes back after authenticating it says access denied. It will not allow me to buy tickets. I have the tickets already in my app for 3 upcoming games, but I need to buy tickets for one more game. Please help.

Will not let me use app that I just downloaded

I can't update the #%@&$ app. When I try to use the app, open tickets, etc, a popup appears informing me that the app needs to be updated, with a button sending me to Play Store. The popup renders the app unusable, as the only action button after the popup is the button to Play Store. However, the only option in Play Store is to install the 2021 update of the program. I have tried everything: force stop, clear cache, clear data, uninstall old program, power off for lengthy period, switch wifi off, switch wifi on, etc, etc, etc. I am never shown the most recent version of the app to update to in Play Store. Which means I am unable to update to the most recent version. Which means I can't use Ballparlk. Which means I can't access tickets. Which means I can't go to games. Yes, clearly there is something wrong in the phone, some setting I overlooked, or something else, that is preventing me from seeing the most recent app version in Play Store. That should NOT BE MY PROBLEM. That is YOUR PROBLEM, for making the stupid app the only way to access tickets. Thanks, MLB, for getting rid of paper tickets! Getting rid of paper tickets will go down with the 10th inning ghost runner as one of the stupidest and most insulting attacks on fans in the sports history. Thanks for mistreating your fans and making them feel like they're stupid suckers who deserve to have dirt kicked in their faces! YOUR STUPID "TECH" HAS KILLED BASEBALL FOR ME. As a lifelong baseball fan, I now can't wait for football season.

Forgot password for ballpark app and two people couldn’t help to reset password

I get an “OOPS! REQUIRED INFORMATION MISSING” error in the Ballpark app and on the MLB.com website when trying to add tickets to the cart. I can log into my MLB account successfully and see my existing ticket inventory. I have changed my password, removed and re-added my credit card, deleted the Ballpark and reinstalled it and still the same. MLB phone and E-mail support have been unable to resolve

When I try to buy pre-sale tickets, it says "Required information missing: Seats matching your request were not avaliable. Please select different options or fewer seats and try again."

App tells me to upgrade, however there is no upgrade in Play Store. Tried reinstalling, but no joy. I'm getting worried I won't be able to access my tickets for next week. Also unable to access info on Target Field. Please help.

I log in to the MLB app on my Tablet and get a message that a NEW APP UPGRADE REQUIRED (in preparation for the 2023 season). There is a link that directs me to the Google Play store. There are no updates and no new app. The app in google play shows last updated 12-8-21, it is version 10.7.0. There are no other updates nor MLB Ballpark Apps in the Google Play Store.

I am not able to transfer tickets using the Ballpark App or with Ticketmaster online.

In create an account the Ballpark app password box does not green light when I enter special characters. All items check green except special characters. That box remains with an x and the password line remains boxed red. How can I solve this problem?

App wont accept my correct password on my iPhone. It works on my iPad and my wife's phone. I deleted the app re downloaded it and it still won't work. says "sorry something went wrong. Please try to Log in? Haha

I have been trying to create an account on the MLB Ballpark app for a week.. it won't accept the 100 different passwords that I've tried.. all the passwords I've tried to use check all the boxes of qualifications you need to make an account.. I have 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, a number.. I'm getting really frustrated and am not sure what to do. I've uninstalled the app 3 times and re-downloaded it and it still won't work?!

MLB Ballpark app does not let me sign-on on my iPhone 12 pro. I get the TOTALLY USELESS error "Something went wrong, please try again". The app would not work on my phone regardless of the ID we used. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with MLB app support to no avail; was forwarded to MLB ticket line, who decided best way was to move my tickets to my wife's email and use her phone to access our tickets. VERY FRUSTRATING !!! You guys need to develop a decent work-around to enable people to access tickets in the event of a problem like this.

I have spent 6 hours visiting with MLB representatives, following troubleshooting guidelines and changing passwords in an attempt to purchase tickets and use the MLB Ballpark App. Nothing has been successful and I am unable to use the app to purchase tickets. Please provide me with the technical support necessary to resolve this issue. I am able to log on to the APP, search for tickets and "add to the cart"; however, that is where the app fails. After entering my first and last name per the prompt I get the following message: Required Information Missing An account with the email you entered exists but does not match your login credentials. If you changed your My Tickets email, you may need to log in with a previous MLB.com email. If you are still having issues, contact customer service. What next, I am still having issues?

Trying to cancel transfer of tickets in the app and get an error to contact customer service. They told me to contact the team and have them reset it. I can now transfer the tickets from my team account but the tickets still show in MLB ballpark. Tried to cancel again and same error

This issue kept happening, so I checked to see if anything was running on my phone. I realized my VPN was active, so I shut it downand I was able to access the MLB Ballpark app. Hope this helps!

This app is the WORST. Create an account...change the password no fewer than 10 times to log in once. Never could. I guess there's no game now because I can't get to the fucking tickets.

The app doesn't recognize my password. I have had repeated problems and have changed passwords several times. The last time I changed passwords again but the app wouldn't accept it. I have 2 games (total 4 tickets) next week and really need to have this resolved.
