MLB Ballpark Status

My iPhone 7 will not update to iOS 16. Uses latest iOS 15 however continually brings up the update screen. How will I be able to attend MLB games in Toronto without the MLB app working?

I purchased tickets to a Tampa Bay Rays spring training game and was advised that I had to download the MLB Ballpark App to get the tickets. I can "open" the MLB Ballpark app on my IPhone 8 Plus with an IOS version of 16.7.4 but I cannot download the app....there is no option for that...

I was getting the "sorry something went wrong" message for hours. I turned off my wifi and used my data instead -- then logged in, no issues.

I am logged into the app and I'm trying to buy tickets and it comes back after authenticating it says access denied. It will not allow me to buy tickets. I have the tickets already in my app for 3 upcoming games, but I need to buy tickets for one more game. Please help.

I can't update the #%@&$ app. When I try to use the app, open tickets, etc, a popup appears informing me that the app needs to be updated, with a button sending me to Play Store. I have tried everything: force stop, clear cache, clear data, uninstall old program, power off for lengthy period, switch wifi off, switch wifi on, etc, etc, etc. I am never shown the most recent version of the app to update to in Play Store. Which means I am unable to update to the most recent version. Which means I can't use Ballparlk. Which means I can't access tickets. Which means I can't go to games. Yes, clearly there is something wrong in the phone, some setting I overlooked, or something else, that is preventing me from seeing the most recent app version in Play Store. That should NOT BE MY PROBLEM. That is YOUR PROBLEM, for making the stupid app the only way to access tickets. Thanks, MLB, for getting rid of paper tickets! Getting rid of paper tickets will go down with the 10th inning ghost runner as one of the stupidest and most insulting attacks on fans in the sports history. Forgot password for ballpark app and two people couldn’t help to reset password

I get an “OOPS! REQUIRED INFORMATION MISSING” error in the Ballpark app and on the MLB.com website when trying to add tickets to the cart. When I try to buy pre-sale tickets, it says "Required information missing: Seats matching your request were not avaliable. Please select different options or fewer seats and try again."

I am not able to transfer tickets using the Ballpark App or with Ticketmaster online.

In create an account the Ballpark app password box does not green light when I enter special characters. All items check green except special characters. That box remains with an x and the password line remains boxed red. How can I solve this problem?

I have been trying to create an account on the MLB Ballpark app for a week.. it won't accept the 100 different passwords that I've tried.. all the passwords I've tried to use check all the boxes of qualifications you need to make an account.. This issue kept happening, so I checked to see if anything was running on my phone. I realized my VPN was active, so I shut it downand I was able to access the MLB Ballpark app. Hope this helps!

This app is the WORST. Create an account...change the password no fewer than 10 times to log in once. Never could. I guess there's no game now because I can't get to the fucking tickets.
