The Shop app will not connect on my phone. I redownloaded it. I even tried iton my work computer.

Shop open to blank page. Just placed an order and it said I has shop cash available but I can’t get to it. There’s no update available. What is going on! My internet is fine. It is the only shopping payment app not working. All my others are fine.

My app Shop keeps crashing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it still won’t work properly. I getting same message, connection issues.
Just leaving this here for others with a similar issue: The app was having problems with continuously crashing around a second after I opened it. But after updating the app everything had resolved itself. So a word of advice, try to see if there are any available updates before trying other methods.
Was having issues with crashing every time I would open the app. Went to Google Play Store and updated. No more issues.
My app opens and I get to see my orders for 1 second then it immediately shuts down.

my shop isn’t showing me any updates. it’s been many days and my package is still at the same location it was 15 days ago, by now i would think they would’ve told me something but no nothing, either my shop isn’t working or the company(s) are very slow delivering
I stopped receiving updates on shipping. My package stopped in mableton and hasn’t moved in days.

The app. Was working just fine then I go to check to see where my orders are. It keeps going to the get started and having to use a new email adress.
Made an online order and purchased in full through shop app. Received email from shop to track my order. Opened app and it says no recent orders. Payment has been taken out of my checking acct… no idea what do do as I never received any confirmation emails other than the track your order with the vendors name.
