I am a inexperienced GroupMe administrator and need some help with getting someone into group

My Groupme app keeps crashing when I open one of my chats after I’ve uploaded photos to chat. Some photos won’t load. App is crashing on other members phones too.

Do not have a groupme icon on my iPhone screen I have downloaded the app.
I can see the conversation on my iPad pro 11 but I'm unable to open it; this is really strange because it worked fine last week. I even tried closing the app and rebooting the tablet but that didn't fix it.
I can't login right now cause that isn't working either and when I was logged in I couldn't join any conversations no matter what I tried. It always just said that it was unable to load conversation.
When I hit the settings button, it says "Unfortunately GroupMe has stopped."
When other people post internet links in group me it causes my group me to freeze when I scroll across them. Just started this today. Have tried all of your crash software fixes. Have Uninstaller and re-installed app. Doesn't do it in web browser.
Hey Maranda, I had the exact same problem and I figured it out - I don't know if you will see this but maybe it will help someone else in the future. If one of your Groupme threads is crashing/frozen, have someone in that thread remove you and then add you back to the chat. If you are the owner of the group and can't be removed, you can log into your account on a computer and transfer ownership to someone else in the group and then they can remove you. It seems to only be an app problem.
My messages are not being seen by group members. I Uninstallednakd reinstalled several times over 3 months period. I have to screenshot and email picture to the group so ensure they know I qm responding. It is for Doctorate level classes and I look like an idiot to my peers for bot responding to group projects.... very frustrated.
Only 1 of my Group threads seems to be glitching and having issues. It's frozen and won't allow me to do anything. When I go into the 1 group only, I can't scroll up, can't click our grp icon to get to settings, Calendar, etc. It's literally frozen and I have to close all windows to stop it. But when I go back on, it's the same. I've restarted my phone, cleared the Apps Cache, and uninstalled the App
My group me app is not working. It says in my "settings" ISSUE DETECTED , then when I click on that , it says, APP ISN'T RESPONDING. I have un-downloaded the app, then re-downloaded it, still says the same thing. I have signed out of it, and signed back in, and it still says the same thing; I have rebooted my phone.. Still does the same thing. I do not have any other apps that are having this issue (just group me); Please I need suggestions, I have an android device, and this is the way that we communicate on my job. There has to be something we can do. My phone number is 580-297-1685 and my email has been provided here. Thank You.
