Facebook App not working properly app has Chen cloned from hacker when I download app it downloaded from elsewhere not from my phone. Have verification app and 2 step verification on but get no code from the app when signing in on app only on browser.

I have been trying to login on Christian mingle and it’s been difficult I’ve given you my email I’ve given you my password and it’s still not allowing me to get in it’s saying that my email is already been use which is me I don’t understand what is really going on and I really would like to get my money back unless somebody can help me get through this other than that I want my money back thank you very much

How to fix Facebook app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Facebook app on iPhone
Update Facebook app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Facebook iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Facebook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Facebook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Facebook Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Facebook not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Facebook App
1. On android, goto Settings » Facebook » click [Force Stop]

Update Facebook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Facebook App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Facebook » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Facebook.

Fix Facebook unable to contact server/ Facebook internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Facebook » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Facebook » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Facebook
