The app is installed on my android phone but it no longer shows up. I can find it by settings> apps> american airlines and open it from there. But I cannot find the app logo.
App will not open at all - just a spinning circle. I have updated it, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone many times. Please help! I am traveling today.
Why am I not able to get my flight info on your app
I downloaded the app on my iPhone. When I click on the icon to open the app, all I get is a picture of a rolling hillside with a mountain in the background and then it just closes. I want to use the app to watch flights but this is ridiculous. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again twice and shut my phone down three times. Nothing has changed.
I installed/run the AA app on my Samsung phone. I type my AA frequent flyer 7 digit number in "AA ID" and it keeps saying "Incorrect AA ID entered".. been like this for weeks. On the web, I can log in all the time using the same id login... Sucks since I'm travelling abroad and want to use the app
I can not access on the plane for entertainment. I was watching a movie on the flight and it suddenly disconnected, and I haven’t been able to connect since then (on multiple flights).
App is down in USA. Reset password, logs in fine on laptop, app in mobile continues to read "unsuccessful" 6 more tries.
I am in Thailand and trying to access the app. Initially told me 45 minutes. Since then it has gone up and down. At one point down to 25 minutes. Now it is just spinning around with a blank screen. Every once in awhile it will refresh and briefly return to the screen only then to go back to blank screen and round and round it goes.....

For many months now.. I AM able to check in for my flight - but when it goes the to boarding pass step where you check mark which passenger to get passes for.. that screen lasts a nanosecond and disappears and I am unable to check any boxes and unable to get the boarding pass. I am able to do it just fine on my husband’s phone (we both have the same iPhone model) and then send my pass from him to me.. but it is irritating and I will be traveling without him in August. I have tried deleting the app from my phone completely and re installing it, but that didn’t work.
I can't clear old ticket from changed flight to get new ticket
Can not access upcoming trips. Website freezes continually. I have been trying to verify flights and seats for over 2 weeks. How can I verify upcoming flights? Phone number?
I’d like to use the app. But when I log in, I get an unusual error message related to some Security Issue with the network. When I try to continue as guest, I get a simple Error message after entering data. Able to log into aa.com fine. There’s nothing wrong with the network
Cannot enter record locator info to search my trips
I have an iPhone. The AA app will not let me enter a record locator number. When I click in that field, the keyboard doesn’t appear, so I cannot type.
