How to fix Duo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Duo app on iPhone
Update Duo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Duo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Duo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Duo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Duo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Duo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Duo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Duo » click [Force Stop]

Update Duo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Duo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Duo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Duo.

Fix Duo unable to contact server/ Duo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Duo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Duo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
