Hi, I am trying to report as my fair shows high as the driver took different route to reach my destination. I selected the option but the field to select the date is not working at all. I am selecting date but still there is a comment showing "Dale needs to select". Its an error in the app I believe. please take some action

How to fix Uber app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Uber app on iPhone
Update Uber app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Uber iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Uber on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Uber network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Uber Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Uber not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Uber App
1. On android, goto Settings » Uber » click [Force Stop]

Update Uber to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Uber App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Uber » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Uber.

Fix Uber unable to contact server/ Uber internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Uber » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Uber » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Uber
