How to fix Okta Verify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Okta Verify app on iPhone
Update Okta Verify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Okta Verify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Okta Verify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Okta Verify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Okta Verify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Okta Verify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Okta Verify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Okta Verify » click [Force Stop]

Update Okta Verify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Okta Verify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Okta Verify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Okta Verify.

Fix Okta Verify unable to contact server/ Okta Verify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Okta Verify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Okta Verify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Okta Verify
