Summary of Progressive Problems 🔥

- Cannot pull up the dec page and voi on the app and save it like the ID card

- Rate increased within a month

- Had to download app to file a claim

- Had to send in photos and video to make a photo estimate

- Adjuster said the damage that they were at fault wasn’t even them and they don’t want to pay for it

App reporting Hard brakes when I do not hard brake. I am a mechanical engineer and know that this app works of accelerometers for braking and accelerating (Accelerometer built into phone). When driving a 1 ton pick up with hard suspension the least little bump or pothole is reporting a hard brake. Not happy with App.....! it reported 21 hard brakes in one 15 minute trip that I know I did not hard brake...... This needs progressives attention ASAP....! Rgds, Colin Donoghue

How to fix Progressive app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Progressive app on iPhone
Update Progressive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Progressive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Progressive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Progressive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Progressive Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Progressive not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Progressive App
1. On android, goto Settings » Progressive » click [Force Stop]

Update Progressive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Progressive App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Progressive » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Progressive.

Fix Progressive unable to contact server/ Progressive internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Progressive » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Progressive » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Progressive
