Have tried twice to set up app on my phone. it says it will email me link to complete but never does. Please advise how to get app creating an account.

App reporting Hard brakes when I do not hard brake. I am a mechanical engineer and know that this app works of accelerometers for braking and accelerating (Accelerometer built into phone). When driving a 1 ton pick up with hard suspension the least little bump or pothole is reporting a hard brake. Not happy with App.....! it reported 21 hard brakes in one 15 minute trip that I know I did not hard brake...... This needs progressives attention ASAP....! Rgds, Colin Donoghue
