- AirPlay restricted for some content
- Deceiving - additional purchases required to watch popular movies and tv shows
My prime video programs will not play. Just continuous spooling.
Just received a letter from prime video. I have been paying for both Amazon Prime and Prime video for at least the past 3 years. I am requesting a credit for all past Prime Video charges (@ $5.99/mo). Thank you so much!! Sincerely, Julie Taylor
I was watching a series on allblk and when I went to watch the next episode, it would not let me saying sorry, unable to play this video, too many people are using this account. How is this possible when I'm the only one with access to my account which is on 2 tv's in my home. I'm trying to find out how to correct this and why am I being charged a fee to find out about my account?
Whatever movie I try to see I get this "Something went wrong Please try again later. For more help, go to amaxon.com/videohelp. That is a dead end. What can I do to be able to use Prime Video?
