hello, my pc has been having desktop and account issues with limited access and limited functions on my desktop. after a restart and wipe the drive i was setting up as usual when i noticed that my start menue would not open up, it allows only to right click on start as well as the seach bar on my desktop task bar does not work. i cannot open or get into any settings, or view many files on my pc. after days of frustration and almost figuring out what is wrong with my pc i noticed this microsoft teams app on my desktop, it shows that i have the free account, i dont remember ever using teams in the past, nor do i recall setting it up during start up. my question is would this teams have to do with the sudden and limited access to apps and settings on my pc? does teams have anything to do with the profile i found on my pc sunset_pixie_86 that i have since found out that it is a temporary user, in the local group user in my pc control panel. this user also had full admin permissions, and my account erin_schnieder@redacted appeared to be the only admin but i had no admin control. i do not understand whats happened to my pc. if it were caused by the microsoft teams that has been recently installed on my pc could it be that my desktop is stuck in school mode, buisness mode and not in pesonal mode? one other thing i noted is that the os now on my pc seems to be from 2009 but windows 11?? im assuming this has somethig to do with microsoft teams also and why many functions do not work with an error message sayig not availabe with my version of windos? please send me in the riht direction to fix pc with links, trouble shoot guides whatever info that you may think be of value to me and my problem e.schnieder
