Hello I’m Alex and I want to cancel the automatic renewal subscription and get my money back because I never wanted this to happen, I only applied for a free trial and never wanted a renewal, I check this morning that my bank had been charged $34.02 for this automatic renewal subscription. I would like to get my money back please because I never gave consent to do this, I’ve been charged with the subscription renewal for a few hours so I know there’s still time to fix this. A total scam. First, they don’t have a number to call. Second, you email them repeatedly and they don’t respond. Third, the service was cancelled but it won’t let me purchase anything from the Apple Store until it was paid, which it was a free trial. Apple saw that it was cancelled but couldn’t do anything. This app is getting money from students hand over fist. Don’t use this app. Stay away.

I clicked on 3 day trial and have been instantly charged. I will be taking this up with Barclaycard as judging by comments this is clearly a scam. I do not authorise the payment deducted and want to cancel and receive a full refund

why are you taking money out of my account if my trial hasn't even started..

I need to get a refund. It doesn't work and I applied for three day free trial but it immediately made me pay 30 dollars that I never even knew was there before.

My subscription ended in March and they are still trying to take money out of my account every single day. That is called stealing and as many people as they're doing it too we should get together and file a lawsuit because that's just wrong. They refuse to allow people to cancel subscriptions and those that have been canceled or no longer valid they still try to take money out of the account. I would not recommend or use this company ever again.

i signed up for a free trial yesterday 2/27/23 used the app which doesn’t work then proceeded to delete the app and when i did that it asked if i want to cancel my membership and i clicked cancel and ik i did. today 2/28/23 $35.11 was taken out of my account. there’s not support number and i don’t know how to get my money back!! even if i didn’t cancel the subscription my 3 full days weren’t over!! gauth math is a scam.

I haven't used these services in months. I would please like to not be charged anymore on account of my emailing your support team several times and never getting anything back. Please unsubscribe my email from your services and send me my money back.

I have tried three attempts to have my subscription downgraded to NO RENEWAL. They just renewed my account! No one has gotten back to me with any type of assistance. I believe they BLATANTLY waited until my renewal came up to charge me. PLEASE advise me on how to cancel my auto-renewal!! Also, a credit to my account would be greatly appreciated.
