Several members of my team use Social Studio for monitoring our business pages. Unfortunately, many times when one person takes action (such as hiding comments), the next persons dashboard does not indicate that this action was taken (a hidden post still appears).

I only use Sales because my job requires it. Social Studio is useless. It doesn’t let you upload videos at the same size that Facebook and Instagram accepts. I can’t find a way to select multiple similar posts to apply a macro and it is not practical for me to apply macros to multiple posts individually. If there is a way to select multiple posts to action together, I couldn’t find it.

So many bugs

Numerous bugs in Sales . As one example, once I schedule a post, Sales won’t save any changes I make. Overall a poor product and app.
