Beautiful, relaxing and fun!

This is my favorite game. It's pleasing and relaxing to see the images on screen, and goals are to get to the next Bible story. The stories are animated and talk when you get to them. I've seen the reviews for how people are "stuck" or there are "glitches" and I thought that also for awhile, but now I've been able to get past these levels. Some are really difficult but it seems like when you get past a difficult level you're rewarded with a relatively easy one. They do get harder as they go along, but I'm almost to level 300 now. I'll keep playing until there are no more stories left! EXCELLENT game!!! Kudos to the developer.

Used to love it...

Originally really liked the game, the puzzle nature and Biblical connection made it something I looked forward to relaxing with. But recently the game’s RNG system seems to not want to let me past level 284, which based on other reviews, seems is close to the end, but after weeks of trying to get past this level, and finish the game off, I’m over it. You get five tries and then have to wait for an hour+ to play again...unless you want to drop real coin for extra lives. And what use are the butterflies really? And if you want helpful tools..again gotta drop real coin. Which I refuse to do. I shouldn’t HAVE to pay money to clear a level. Also super annoyed that every day I get asked to share on FB. I’m not on it so the “ad” is just an annoyance. Have to close the game and then reopen for it to go away because on the iPhone XR the “x” to close the ad box doesn’t display. Anyhow, it used to be my go to for a quick break, but today it goes in StainedGlass dumpster.

Glorious Game!

God is all that matters in life and I enjoy playing a game that is for His glory and to help others understand the beginning of His purpose for Adam and Eve, as it unfolds into the harsh reality of how rebellion and temptation caused the fall of man, as satan had his way with them but it's not his victory as Adam and Eve were promised a Savior, God in the Flesh, Jesus Christ, who would be born in this world to take on sins of the world and give every man the chance to be saved, forever, of all past, present and future sins, because of His blood that was shed out of love for the wrath of God, on the cross. sat and head has been crushed by the Heal of Jesus Christ, Lion of Judah and the Holy Lamb of God!!

DEVELOPER ABANDONED this game (Updated)

It’s been two years or more since the developer added to this game or updated it. The support link is broken as well. Clearly, the developer abandoned this game. Why would they do this?

(Previous update) New version with the wiggling fish: The fish are annoying! The constant wiggling is distracting, for one thing. For the other, it's extremely difficult to get them all to the bottom.

(Original review) I enjoy this game—its graphics are nice and it's fun—but I get tired of waiting for new content. Development is too slow. Also, as others have said, some of the levels are much too difficult. Like another reviewer, I have to ask, what's the point of the butterflies? They do nothing that I can see. There's also a bit too much artistic license taken in the stories.

Please COME BACK to create more :)

I’m so in love with StainedGlass. Most relaxing game ever AND comes with chapters explaining God’s Word & the journey of Noah, Jesus, and most important people in the Holy Bible.
My only hesitation is that it ONLY goes to chapter 240 (?) I believe that’s the chapter number & then it just ends. :( Is LOVE either the creator/developer to come back & create new chapters OR someone else to take over and bring more wonderful graphics & content. I’ve been playing this since it first came out...When I reach the highest level created, I restart all over again. ;) That's how much I adore this game.

So Beautiful!!!

This rivals bejeweled!! I love it! I love the sounds, effects, and colors! The ambient music and beautiful art makes everything so peaceful. I find myself meditating near God while playing this creative challenging game. The stories are short and make you curious to get to the next part! Thank you. Finally a christian game that can compete with the others!!!!! PS you do not HAVE to invite anyone. I think it's great to but when asked to share your success just say yes and then X out the message and you'll go to the next stage. Have fun!!

Nice story concept with some minor annoyances

As with several others here, I truly enjoy the idea of a nice game that embraces God and the Holy Bible.

One annoyance I experience is when I first open StainedGlass , I am forced to select the button "Invite friends". Regardless of where I tap on the screen, I cannot do anything until I select that and press cancel.

Although I am only on level 94, at various times, I am on a level where regardless of what I do, I go through 8-10 lives before I can complete that level.

Some levels appear to reshuffle even when there are available moves. I strategize move sequences to make pieces available, when all of a sudden, it reshuffles, and I lose that round.

If this is intentional to reflect how one's life is seemingly on track to have chaos thrown in, perhaps display a message that reflects real life, such as getting a flat tire on the way to work, or a sick child has to be taken to the doctor's office, etc.

Much better than expected!!!

If you've played one "falling crystal" games you've played then all, right? Wrong! I love everything about this game from the professional looking graphics to the wonderful story line. I downloaded this originally just to support a fellow Christian but have been wonderfully surprised at how much I enjoy this game. My wife, who is a pro at falling crystal games loves it too! With 288 levels of play it will be around for quite some time. And how do you beat the price tag?

It was great while it lasted & now nothing!

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years and have been enjoying it tremendously. I loved the concept of a game centered around Biblical stories/principles and the graphics were beautiful. Than a couple of months ago the unheard of happened...a notice showed up stating the site was closed while more levels were being developed....WHAT? Are you kidding me right now? I had just spent a load of money on this game less than 10 days prior and the developers or whoever pull it down! I’m upset as this feels like unChristian-like business practices to me....thanks a lot!!!!

Calm stained glass

Stainglass makes me feel calm and really happy because the song that plays on Stained Glass is a song that I know and it makes me think of good advice on people .
I love it so much I play almost every day. Stainglass is amazing and it should be five stars for everything that I have I play with friends and It even makes me do right choices in life play Stained Glass. It helps you.
This is from Bella 10 years old fifth grade. I hope you enjoy Stainglass

Logic like, but the again totally random

This puzzle game is at first fun and still fun--on level 139--and it is gimmicky because it wants you to connect your Facebook account with it and the want you to buy lives and special abilities. But that all canbe ignored...,but is becoming increasingly disappointing is that the game uses when it decides to scramble during a particular session. Two, that session may require n-glass pieces of a certain color, but that goes out the window when no moves can be made and so the game scrambles, you lose your life and your chance of solving it, total rant, I know, but what are reviews for, lol

Over 2 years and still waiting!

It is really sad the developers abandoned this game and now it won’t even open to replay levels😞

Update: It has now been over 2 years, so I have changed my rating to 1 star! Don't expect to get past 288. 😡
This started out to be a wonderful game and I would have given it 5 stars originally. This is at least the 3rd time I've played to the point where there were no more puzzles or windows to complete. After looking and looking for an answer as to why, the explanation given was completely unacceptable. As good as it is, it is extremely frustrating having to wait so long for updates and I Don't want to replay games I've already completed!

Stained Glass

Great game. I've had it for a good while now and love to play. I am on level 190 and noticed that even though l cleared the board, it didn't show that l cleared the birds and l lost that round, twice. I guess it's just a glitch, but l went to app support to check on it and the link posted wouldn't open, so l could actually look for the problem. But all in all l really like the game. Please fix the problem, so l can continue playing! Thanks for a great game!

Pretty, peaceful,& puzzling

Calming game to play. Pretty artwork. But what puzzles me is what is the purpose of collecting the butterflies? You should be able to exchange them for gold or buy extra lives with them. Otherwise they are wasted. If you want to avoid buying gold to advance to the next level, you just have to keep hitting “retry” until you achieve enough color points or run out of lives.

Please let us play the same game on multiple devices

The game is fun and helps me relax while thinking about the Bible. BUT, I would like to be able to continue my game on any of my devices instead of having to start over. I am on level 157 on my phone, but would like to be able to pick up my iPad and continue the same level. I sign in the same way (using Facebook) on both devices. I have searched FAQ and cannot find this topic. I would give it at least another star or 2 if this could be done.
