5 months agothese people say 24-48 hours and it's now been 3+ days since they told me it was successfully processed and sent. Then I get shold of them to tell them its not even pending they just keep sending me the ssme message over and over again. It doesn't make sense! I spent weeks earning this money and then you guys aren't go I ng to pay? I just want to talk to a customer service real live person...This is beyond NOT cool.....

8 months agoBeen using this app since November last year. Have not had an issue with credits or payouts until this week. I sign in with Google to play the games and once playing it tells u to link to Facebook get some kind of reward. Well this week it wanted me to log in to the app again so I tried and it gave me error message. I kept playing my 2 games township and gsn casino. With 69.00 dollars already earned. I tried logging in again thru Google same error message so I try going thru Facebook because I link the games I play ....it lets me in the app but a whole new member number no 69.00 ready for payout and the credits I have earned to be a premium member are gone as well. Sooo confused please help

8 months agoMy account was deactivated. I believe over an honest mistake and now I can't submit a formal request because i can't get access to my customer number. Please have it reactivated and I will obey the rules. It really was just an honest mistake that won't happen again. Thanks
