I can sign in on web but not in app. On the web I can’t pay bills because it says I have cross site tracking clickers but I have them all turned off. Considering the years it took to go through, I had hoped that Suntrust’s digital services would improve with the merger but they just put the ugliest purple lipstick all over the existing app and website. I had hoped their retail services would improve but instead they shut down a ton of branches, and make it harder to in person bank. Sure there would be overlap and branches would be closed but instead of closing half it seems like the closed 80%. Have been with suntrust and since 1986 so have a long history with them and used to love the customer service. I understand that advances in technology change the way we bank, but if customer service is gone and personal branches are gone, it leaves the app. This might be an optimal time to go switch over to the monolithic red and blue who have incredible digital and still a lot of branches. Just hate doing it.

Suntrust users switched over to Truist on Monday 2/21. Five days later and STILL won’t allow me to sign into commercial app like everyone else says, even though I can sign into web site with no issues. Customer service acts surprised that this is an issue, as if.
This transition has been going on for a year or so, and this is the way the rollout goes? Time to switch banks.

Same issue apparently as many users. Can not login in on the app, but able to through the website on a laptop. Extremely frustrating and call times to get help are at 45min! Running a business is hard enough without this added headache!
