This is when I wish I can give them zero star. They picked up my food 15 minutes after my order, and here I am an hour and 45 minutes after placing the order, still waiting.

Funny that when I lived in Carrollton, they won’t deliver to me, now I’m in Frisco which is much further away from most restaurants they do business with than Carrollton, they do deliver to me. But if only I knew I’d wait for 2 hours for my food...

I come to left my review before I delete this food delivery app! Every time I tried to give StarveBird a chance, it always turn me back a disappointed service! The food delivery is as slow as snail! I wait for 2hours 15 mins to get a 5mile food delivery! Deleted it!

App works great, but...this company has a delivery driver issue. They probably use ONE driver for 10 deliveries, and if you’re the furthest destination away, good luck; all other orders between the restaurant and your house gets filled first. It’s been TWICE that this has happened to me.

Delivery is always late, and they will never answer your questions. Please stop using StarveBird for your own health.

Takes about 1.5hr + to get a delivery done. Might as well just get it yourself. Customer service is none existent.

I ordered from the restaurant I used to get food and the delivery time usually less than an hour. But this time after an hour waiting, the assigned deliveryman cancelled and no explanation provided. It took another hour for the second deliveryman to pick up my order and deliver to my place. Just be careful with the delivery because you’ll be waiting for an extra hour for no reason.

I wish I would give them negative if I could. The restaurant I ordered food from had my food ready in 20 minutes. Now I’ve waited 1.5 hours so far, called them twice and they just sent out a deliver guy to pick up my food. I don’t know how long it’s gonna take for the delivery man to here though.....

When delivery is really slow and far from the restaurant, the customer service could do nothing but telling me that it’s traffic jam... I’ve never seen a traffic jam that stops someone completely for half an hour here. Meanwhile the restaurant has finished preparing the dishes 30 mins back.

I loved StarveBird at first, but each time it takes more than 2 hrs to deliver the food no matter How early I try to order the food. It’s disappointing however StarveBird is running and assigning orders to driver. I will be uninstalling StarveBird. It fits people who want to order off hrs, but if you want to your order arrive during window as shown on the page, drive up yourself or do Uber eats.

StarveBird does work, however... If Chinese is not your first language, you might find the listings and menus posted by merchants a bit difficult to decipher.

Now, this is probably not the fault of the Starve Bird, Inc... Rather, the fault is likely with the Merchants not bothering to post English-language translations of their menus.

I also get that StarveBird is likely marketed towards Chinese/Taiwanese/“Huaren” expatriates living in the United States, especially since most marketing materials I found in Asian restaurants are fully written in Chinese.

So, perhaps this might not be the right service for me to be using, but at least StarveBird does function, except for a few glitches here and there.

 ‌Love it!! It's got quite a lot of restaurants but could do with some more options. Could do with a few more photos for food options on the menus! Other than that it's a great app to use : ):)  ‌

‎‍Easy to use. And if there's any issues with the order, the staff are very helpful. A lot of resturans that u can choose. You know exactly where is your order. Great app!  ‎   ​

   Very happy with this app so far - no major issues, & like the fact that you can track the driver.. Just wish a few of the restaurants that don't offer drinks, would do so!

‍ Browsing through the list, just noticed that there was a newly open noodle bar around my place. Ordered combo fried rice and Mongolian noodle with bbq port, which were very nice! Portion sizes are generous everything was full of flavour and great tasting! Will definitely order again.‌ ​

 ‎I’ve just downloaded this not to long ago. It has helped cause we just bought a new house and busy on working out normal jobs plus working at our house getting everything together. The drivers have been super awesome and kind so far.   ‍​ ​‌

   Just downloaded and tried StarveBird . Very convenient and user-friendly. You can track ur order just as tracking Uber drivers. Cannot believe that the delivery fee is only 1 dollar. Will definitely order Chinese food on it. ‌ ‏

‏ ‎What I love about them is that they are fair, if an item didn’t come or if the order was wrong they will reimburse you and that’s what I believe is amazing about them. You can track your order and the rest depends on the restaurant or delivery person, but StarveBird and service itself is great!  ‍‏

 ‏StarveBird itself is very user-friendly, clear, and straightforward. The design is pretty and plus the pictures of food makes me hungry! They seem to maintain high-quality pick of the food that they deliver. I absolutely enjoy having this app as my lunch box when I don't feel like to bring one. Cool app, cool business.‎‍ ‏   ‌

​‌ The interface is well-designed. The ordering process is way much efficient and reasonable. That means you can order anything provided on StarveBird . I don’t mind the waiting time because I can order before the opening hours. Another Asian food delivery app I was using was so ridiculous that you can only order food in a specific time frame and limited choices!! I hope this this app can beat that one and win the market! There is surely a lot of room for improvement such that the deliveryman is not that friendly. I gave 15% tips but he wouldn’t even leave his car.

   Great experience! Customer service is really nice! Order from them almost everyday for lunch. Affordable and reliable. It’s a startup so of course there’s going to be some issues along the way and I’ve had a few instances that I’ve waited for a longer than I expected but the customer service always give me coupons and fix their problems very quickly. ‎

‍‎For those of us that work at companies or hospitals in my case, that we have coworkers that all want to order food at the same time- can you figure out a solution for StarveBird for multiple orders to be picked up by the same driver at the same time to be delivered to one location? ‌   ‌   ‏‍

‎ So far I like StarveBird.. when I've had issues, the refund process is initiated almost immediately, whereas in other apps, they suggest to contact local shop, etc, and when I do, the phones don't get answered and a week passes and I'm still wondering why I can't resolve an issue with my order... ‌  ‌ ​‌‍

‎  Never had a problem with StarveBird, I love how it tracks your order as well. Been waiting for a while for an app to deliver from restaurants other than just chippies. The delivery fee is always a standard price which I don't think is much to ask since the deliverer is cycling your food to you. ‍
