Tried contacting the service to close my account after a driver behaved impossibly disrespectful and offensive. No luck.
If you can bear a “no service, the complaints department is closed” attitude, this is your thing! If you value your time... don’t bother. ViaVan is going to great lengths to make it hard for you to close an account. Maybe they need the client figures and don’t want anyone to close their account? Dishonest and appalling.
