You would think with the advances in technology they would have made FANCAKE more user friendly. Not allowing people to log into their accounts, which forces them to have to hurry and create a new account just to vote for a maximum 10 votes per day is highly inefficient. Not to mention all data is lost. So if you spent time diligently collecting hearts the right way, all the hard work was for nothing. Please consider updating FANCAKE to where it allows people to do a simple sign-in or provide a customer service number/email to assist with log in issues. I am not the only person with this issue but I hope I can be one of the remaining few

Is this actually an award show app? I knew these awards were scams but wow, seeing it in person like this is sad. You basically have to watch 40 ads to vote once, oh, but you can only watch 3 ads per 10 minutes. The alternative is buying items in random sites/apps for hearts that change to tickets. This has nothing to do with how good the group is, it’s about which fandom gives more money. Just sad

Worst app ever. They fraud almost all fandoms from there artist to receive an award by paying votes even though they were high in ranks when it came to voting and album sales. FANCAKE is rigged. They handed out awards before the voting was over. The artist that were high in the votings also sold well on there albums and had decent streams.

They say you need to verify your email to vote. But if you have a period in your email, which MANY people do, they refuse you sign in. So, you cannot vote. Go make another email without a period if you all want to vote without being thrown around.

The voting method for award shows should not be this difficult and ridiculous! Push a button - VOTE! That should be it…the fact you have to EARN 100 hearts to exchange for 1 ticket, and you need 10 tickets to vote is buffoonery!! Unnecessary Mess! I don’t have the time, nor the patience! STOP with this terrible app!

Considering this is a voting app it’s very poorly done and all the voting goes to waste anyways. They don’t take this seriously and only care about their pockets. Never voting on FANCAKE and it’s award show again. I’m out.

The whole app for voting just rigged. What the point of voting if our favorite won’t even win even if they were first place on the voting chart but yet they didn’t win anything.

FANCAKE is so busted. It takes forever to work and sometimes when you watch the ads it doesn’t even give you any hearts. Fix your app SMA

it was good at first.. e-mail verification worked for me but what’s the point of making a voting app if you can’t vote?? You need hearts and votes to be able to write a “cheering message” and to vote😕

FANCAKE has been scamming the fans. The winners were chosen before the voting ended. The organizers of FANCAKE should be ashamed of themselves. Never will I be supporting FANCAKE again. Scammers.

I can’t even get it to send me a verification email. it keeps telling me the format is incorrect which it’s not as I’ve looked it over tons of times

It’s such a horrible way to vote. As most people have stated already, the voting system for this is really inefficient. Can’t you choose other ways to get points? What are you trying to achieve by making the audience download other apps just to earn points to vote? Some of the points don’t even go through successfully even after completing the mission. A purchase of mine didn’t get through also. Please revise FANCAKE and come back with a better and more efficient way of voting.

In the future, do not install a voting app where it is impossible to vote. It is both very time consuming and frustrating. What is the point of doing all these offers when they’re mostly scams? They don’t give you your points even if wrote a report doing so.

I’ve wasted my time trying to collect points that aren’t being given to me, even after the 12 hour mark.

Please come up with another way on voting or just do better with the point system. Thank You.

I downloaded FANCAKE to vote/support my favorite artists but wasn’t even able to vote.
You’re able to vote 10 times a day— BUT each vote costs 100 points.
And I just joined FANCAKE , and had 0 points.
You either have to buy points, have someone donate points to you, or download a bunch of sketchy apps to get some form of credit just to vote.
Waste of time.

FANCAKE is so inconvenient. Could you make other ways to gain points? I want to charge money to earn points
