How to fix CMiC app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CMiC app on iPhone
Update CMiC app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CMiC iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CMiC on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CMiC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CMiC app issues:

Force Stop the CMiC App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CMiC app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CMiC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CMiC App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CMiC app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CMiC.

Fix CMiC unable to contact server/ CMiC internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CMiC » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CMiC » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CMiC on android.
