Haven't been able to use app for over a month. Uninstalled and reinstalled, checked internet, payments etc. and keep getting same tagline upon checkout. "Sorry, something is not right. Please try again later" Already did a shut down and app update.
i cannot get the SLIDE TO PAY button to work.
I have over 5300 points, but your app won't let me use any if them! Really?? Every time it tells me I haven't spent enough. Same thing happens on your " just dropped" special orders.
My Chipotle app doesn’t work. Hasn’t for quit some time. That means I can’t get my rewards. How can I get it fixed?
Chipotle rewards say that they’re applied and in my bag. However, when I go to my bag they aren’t there and can’t be manually added. Next time I log in it says I’ve received my reward.
I go to Chipotle at least 3 times a week but Im getting really tired of the app crashing 2 out of 3 times when trying to use it. I cant use my gift cards when the app is down. Seems so frequently that I’m starting to think that its on purpose so that you have to use cash or credit at their store!😡
