Absolutely horrible. As one man stated, ladronazos (big time thieves) !!!! I have never given anyone a bad rating and unfortunately must do so this time. They charged me almost $22 for a CANCELED ride. Immediately after requesting the ride, I canceled because my guests decided to stay longer. They had the nerve to proceed anyway and charge my card! No cab ever even showed up so they just basically took my money. I called to explain and they kept giving me excuses (call back tomorrow, call in on Monday and ask for STEPHANIE, STEPHANIE is on vacation now). Seriously??? Finally I ask to speak to whoever is left in charge while STEPHANIE comes back. Woman states she was going to handle the problem by the end of the day and call me back. NEVER DID. There are too many other places to request a cab from to deal with people who steal people’s money. DO NOT USE THEIR APP.

First class has a driver who I had ride with 3 times but I didn't know the 3 times is was him the first time he left me a block away from my house because he claimed he can't go in to projects after 5pm and I was 9 months pregnant with contractions coming and going

The 2nd time he left me in front of my building but all he did was complain that he can't go in to projects because he was mugged and bitten and he can't enter his care after 5pm again and all he did was give me attitude

The 3rd time again with the complain and this time saying that first class are robbers they take his money because now my fare to my house is 15$ not 12$ that the base is following the rules of Uber now . On that not I called the base and I was told I pay only 13$ not 15$

First class app gives me the price that's on FirstClassCarLimo and I NEVER have any issue with any other driver that they have but with this driver his a huge problem

This is a great service where I don’t have to be waiting on the phone for an answer. The drivers are courteous and fast. The only thing missing is charging on credit cards, that would be great.

FirstClassCarLimo is always having problems. Error messages coming up and having to call the base because when it tells you to try again it then asks do you want to cancel your trip. So which is it you have the trip or there’s an error and you have to try again. I’m truly thinking of just calling because the convenience has become a frustration. 😡

Only cash app available better than hailing on street sometimes cars aren’t available but works in many places

I was charged for a ride I never took as well as a ride that never showed up. I called the company and they offered NO solution to the problem other than to wait for a raise to show up. 24 hours later I was still waiting to see if a call for the ride would be put in, nothing. If you’re going to use FirstClassCarLimo, do NOT pay with a card. They will stiff you and blame you for it. Only pay cash.

Very reliable app the only thing I don’t like is that you have to have cash in hand there’s no option for debit payment

The last 5 times i’ve tried to order a cab, they’ve all cancelled and still charged me. FirstClassCarLimo is literally ridiculous, don’t use it. It’ll say there are no cabs around while showing you all the cans around you on the map. The prices are not accurate, they change the charge after you’ve got your ride and FirstClassCarLimo has no customer support system. A waste of time.

I’m happy with the service provided for my daughter and also with the rate. Some of these apps exploit the customer with outrages rates when the distance is close by like Seaman. Thank you for not doing that.

I Loved using FirstClassCarLimo for the First time. Driver was on time, Courteous and left my Siblings in the same exact Location I requested! Will definitely be my Transportation of Choice! Thank you!

Very nice driver! The address my daughter had was not correct and he helped her until they found the correct entrance! Really appreciate his patience.

horrible service lately, a total lack of ethics and professionalism, they have a bad way of talking to the client, they lack education .. they also hang up on you and desperately leave you talking alone and cancel the call as if you are asking for a free service .. It was one of my favorites and I always asked for a taxi at this base, but due to poor service customers are lost.

Better rates and the driver are not exploited by these corporations hungry to create slave drivers.
This is a truly nyc community taxi service. Get it and you will never look back.

The night crew needs better clean cars

Requested a cap in FirstClassCarLimo and it stated the base rate $21 the driver decided to charge me $25 due to the fact that the gps gave him a longer route than he expected.. I think it is unfair to the passenger because prices do not match and it is not my fault that their gps gives them a longer route. Super disappointed.

They understand the consumer needs and meet it with high expectations.
