Horrible!!!

Absolutely horrible. As one man stated, ladronazos (big time thieves) !!!! I have never given anyone a bad rating and unfortunately must do so this time. They charged me almost $22 for a CANCELED ride. Immediately after requesting the ride, I canceled because my guests decided to stay longer. They had the nerve to proceed anyway and charge my card! No cab ever even showed up so they just basically took my money. I called to explain and they kept giving me excuses (call back tomorrow, call in on Monday and ask for STEPHANIE, STEPHANIE is on vacation now). Seriously??? Finally I ask to speak to whoever is left in charge while STEPHANIE comes back. Woman states she was going to handle the problem by the end of the day and call me back. NEVER DID. There are too many other places to request a cab from to deal with people who steal people’s money. DO NOT USE THEIR APP.

The worst

First class has a driver who I had ride with 3 times but I didn't know the 3 times is was him the first time he left me a block away from my house because he claimed he can't go in to projects after 5pm and I was 9 months pregnant with contractions coming and going The 2nd time he left me in front of my building but all he did was complain that he can't go in to projects because he was mugged and bitten and he can't enter his care after 5pm again and all he did was give me attitude The 3rd time again with the complain and this time saying that first class are robbers they take his money because now my fare to my house is 15$ not 12$ that the base is following the rules of Uber now . On that not I called the base and I was told I pay only 13$ not 15$ First class app gives me the price that's on the app and I NEVER have any issue with any other driver that they have but with this driver his a huge problem His car # is 200

Do not pay with card

I was charged for a ride I never took as well as a ride that never showed up. I called the company and they offered NO solution to the problem other than to wait for a raise to show up. 24 hours later I was still waiting to see if a call for the ride would be put in, nothing. If you’re going to use this app, do NOT pay with a card. They will stiff you and blame you for it. Only pay cash.
