I’m very disappointed with all apps that say free and so you download it and then you ask for money, some people are just too broke to actually enjoy apps that cost money grrrrrrr I’m never going to download anything ever again thanks to you for nothing!!!!

There is no way to directly contact customer support through MasterCleaner or to cancel the auto renew which I thought I’d already done. I signed up for a 3Day free trial, paid for $9.99 for one month without the option to auto renew and was alerted that I could still use MasterCleaner until April 3, 2023… today is March 23,2023… I’ve been charged twice for MasterCleaner this month… That’s not okay. Why is there no direct way to cancel the subscription or to contact support via MasterCleaner ? Why is there no website for MasterCleaner?

What MasterCleaner is useful for, IMHO, is forcing you to sit down and clean out your photos and your address book.

I’d price MasterCleaner’s value at $10/YEAR, not $5/week (x 52 weeks is $260/year). I feel MasterCleaner ’s pricing is *predatory* and is counting on users **forgetting to cancel their subscription** based on a weekly price structure. Result: there is no incentive to make this an excellent app. It works ok.

While MasterCleaner it works, the technology is not good enough to recognize that “Rory Gilmore” and “Rory G” are the same person and should be merged in the address book. This is pretty basic programming. So, you still have to go back and double-check your cleaned up address book, photos, etc.

I tried the photo enhancing app on several selfies, including ones in dappled shade. I saw a small change in my lipstick color. but It did not improve any shadows or lines, or anything like that that I could see. YMMV with your photos—test it for yourself.

The part of MasterCleaner that worked the best was the duplicate photos feature.

Clean up your phone quickly and cancel before you run up that weekly $4.99 price tag!

I don’t want my phots touched cause there is no duplicates some are people and pets that that has passed away and you have already removed some of my dog and grave that was sent to me cause I didn’t have her at the time cause I went in the hospital and my daughter sent me picture of her and her roommate just before she passed away and the picture of her grave cause where I live I had a bone broke and go into the hospital cause the bone bone broke in 3piecee and have to have arid put in my leg then after the doctor wrote for me to get her back the place I live here told me I couldn’t have her back .She never barked and was loved by all. That lived here. And some picture is of my husband that passed away in 2005 and I don’t the rest is of family or friends or my cat I have now

I would rate 1 star but two selected your not able to add just 1 star. In order for MasterCleaner to function you have to click to pay. Not worth it will be deleting. Not free

I mean MasterCleaner it good but you have to pay for everything it’s better off manually deleting items then to pay just for them to clean it up for you

If my phone need to be cleaned up. Than cleaned it up for me . This is a smart phone and add it to my phone bill . I pay a lot for my phone and my bill so clean it up. Up date it . I don’t feel like I should rate it bc you want me to pay for everything that the phone surpose to do . Thank you Joyce

It’s A Good App. But The Whole Reason I Downloaded Was Because Of The Delete Multiples And It Picks The Best Photo. HERES THE THING …………. You Have To Buy It It Right Off The Bat. 🙄 It Says Free Trail But You Know Exactlyy What That Means. 😒 Anyways I Feel It Should Be Free Because You’ll Only Need To Use It Once, Right??

MasterCleaner works okay I guess. I haven’t had much chance to us it. I downloaded MasterCleaner to try it out for the 3 day free trial that you can get for its Pro function. I have tried to unsubscribe since the day I downloaded MasterCleaner - but I can’t find any link, any instructions, or information about how to unsubscribe. Don’t even try it unless you’re prepared to pay the weekly subscription fee. That’s probably how long it will take to figure out how to get help and unsubscribe

MasterCleaner is VERY helpful I always get notifications that my storage is full. I don’t get those anymore and when I do I go straight to MasterCleaner!
