MasterCleaner works okay I guess. I haven’t had much chance to us it. I downloaded MasterCleaner to try it out for the 3 day free trial that you can get for its Pro function. I have tried to unsubscribe since the day I downloaded MasterCleaner - but I can’t find any link, any instructions, or information about how to unsubscribe. Don’t even try it unless you’re prepared to pay the weekly subscription fee. That’s probably how long it will take to figure out how to get help and unsubscribe

There is no way to directly contact customer support through MasterCleaner or to cancel the auto renew which I thought I’d already done. I signed up for a 3Day free trial, paid for $9.99 for one month without the option to auto renew and was alerted that I could still use MasterCleaner until April 3, 2023… today is March 23,2023… I’ve been charged twice for MasterCleaner this month… That’s not okay. Why is there no direct way to cancel the subscription or to contact support via MasterCleaner ? Why is there no website for MasterCleaner?

It’s A Good App. But The Whole Reason I Downloaded Was Because Of The Delete Multiples And It Picks The Best Photo. HERES THE THING …………. What MasterCleaner is useful for, IMHO, is forcing you to sit down and clean out your photos and your address book.
I’d price MasterCleaner’s value at $10/YEAR, not $5/week (x 52 weeks is $260/year). I feel MasterCleaner ’s pricing is *predatory* and is counting on users **forgetting to cancel their subscription** based on a weekly price structure. Result: there is no incentive to make this an excellent app. It works ok.
While MasterCleaner it works, the technology is not good enough to recognize that “Rory Gilmore” and “Rory G” are the same person and should be merged in the address book. This is pretty basic programming. So, you still have to go back and double-check your cleaned up address book, photos, etc.
I tried the photo enhancing app on several selfies, including ones in dappled shade. I saw a small change in my lipstick color. but It did not improve any shadows or lines, or anything like that that I could see. YMMV with your photos—test it for yourself.
The part of MasterCleaner that worked the best was the duplicate photos feature.
