There is no way to directly contact customer support through the app or to cancel the auto renew which I thought I’d already done. I signed up for a 3Day free trial, paid for $9.99 for one month without the option to auto renew and was alerted that I could still use the app until April 3, 2023… today is March 23,2023… I’ve been charged twice for this app this month… That’s not okay. Why is there no direct way to cancel the subscription or to contact support via the app? Why is there no website for this app?

I’m very disappointed with all apps that say free and so you download it and then you ask for money, some people are just too broke to actually enjoy apps that cost money grrrrrrr I’m never going to download anything ever again thanks to you for nothing!!!!
