Close and restart the Readamo app on iPhone
Update Readamo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Readamo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Readamo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Readamo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Readamo app issues:

Force Stop the Readamo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Readamo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Readamo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Readamo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Readamo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Readamo.

Fix Readamo unable to contact server/ Readamo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Readamo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Readamo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Readamo on android.
