Somehow my old membership from two years ago wasn’t reactivated so now I have two accounts. I can log in to either account on the website fine since they have different usernames but they have the same email. Why they created a new account is beyond me. But since the app uses email it won’t log into either account, I tried making both accounts having the same and different passwords, neither attempt worked. The fun part is the website help desk has you contact the store, the store replies use the support link at the bottom of the app, that doesn’t exist, clicking the app support from Apple store takes you to “virtuagym” link that no longer exists, the gym is fine but the support on the app and non existent headquarters customer service support is a joke. Is there no quality control on your app and links? Your help page points to non existent pages and links. Only leaving this review in the hopes someone that can resolve this will actually contact me.

Was told by my club will have to get the app to check in for the digital scan. I have not been in the gym for a long time and lost my tag for checkin. This Covid thing has really backlogged my comfort, to start coming in to the gym. Now I have this app telling me, it can’t activate my digital membership. Doesn’t recognize my email (although I still get email from PF) or something wrong with my internet connection. Everything else works well…have rebooted my phone along with reinstalling the app. So disappointed!

I just moved to Utah and I had to start at a new gym. The staff was rude and tersely directed me to download this app. I fill out all my personal info to find out in order to sign up it needs my checking AND credit card info. No problem I have both Annnd servers are busy. Annnd I got double charged let me send an email. Servers are busy. I can’t get into the gym with my new card because apparently I signed up when guess what? The servers are busy.
