Tbh Im not sure why we dont already have earth friendly options through the ride share apps. If they did i imagine the price will be considerably jacked up like when a 2014 bmw sedan arrives on uber because you wanted to go luxury 🙄. What earth rides has done is bring the luxury feel rich experience to the common person at an extremely reasonable cost while knowing your carbon footprint is almost nothing. On top of that, i learned their mission is not to do to their drivers what the other apps are doing but to actually employ them and provide benefits. My experience was simple, easy and cool. I have every intention of using earth rides wherever it is available.

I would love to thank you all for giving my granddaughter an experience she will never forget. She has built so many Tesla. The model X is her dream car. We rode in 3 the model Y, X and the model 3. Every driver was extremely kind and patient with her. They was amazed at how much a 9 year old loves this cars, and what she knew about them. We had never been to Nashville but we planned this trip for this reason only. So she could ride in a Tesla. I told her before going we may not be able to get in the X but we will try. She got to and she has been on cloud 9 every since. I greatly appreciate your business and the opportunity to make her dreams come true. You must have hand picked your employees bc each and everyone was kind, patient, professional, they where just great!!! This is an awesome company and very reasonably priced. Thank you again!!

This was by far and for many reasons the best ride share I’ve ever had. I’m in Austin and have tried Uber, Lyft, and a local non profit ride share that went under recently. And Earth blew them out of the water, no competition. We got our first ride in a Tesla thanks to this ride share. And our lovely driver couldn’t have been more polite to us and safe with her driving. Will use this ride share exclusively as long as it is available to me. Oh did I mention it cost the same as the other ride shares, if not a little less! I’m a man, but with the all female drivers I now have a ride share I could trust my girlfriend to be safe with! 11/10 - and while this is as glowing of a review as possible, I promise you I am not the type to go out of my way to leave reviews but when something is this good I feel others should know too

I visited Nashville for a Bachelorette party and once we rode with this app, we never ordered another Uber. First off, they are so personable while maintaining professionalism, all of the drivers we met we just absolutely loved. We felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process and it was so easy to use! Plus, the fairs compared to Uber were so much more reasonable and you knew that you were getting quality. They go completely above and beyond and I can’t wait to see them expand to other cities over time!! Providing great customer service all while riding carbon free in a Tesla!

They are not available often. If you pay for the promo service thinking you can get a car like you can with Uber or Lyft… think again. I went to Nashville for a few days so I paid the $75 for $100 in rides promo. They were only available one time out of the 14 times I tried. Always said “no rides available”. I tried to schedule a time and still no rides available. Figuring that it’s no big deal, I will just call and get a refund as I don’t live where they are and it’s not my fault that they aren’t available… seems they have a no refund policy also… I asked if I could at least transfer my balance to someone there and they never answered the question. If you don’t live in Nashville, don’t bother getting “the deal”, you won’t be able to use it in time. The one ride I was able to take was find… I got where I was going and the driver was friendly.

I've read through these reviews and I too have had great experience with Earth ride. If you're an Uber/Lyft person that's great - I've lived in several large cities and used ride shares mentioned above and other smaller ones that were exclusive to that area. However, with that said my experience using Earth ride blows them all out of the water. I am constantly looking for new ways of transportation and I have now found not only my go-to but one I actually look forward to riding in and recommending.

I could not have been happier with this experience!! First of all, out of every other rideshare app I have, Earth Rides had THE cheapest price!! My driver DeWan (not sure about spelling) was PHENOMENAL. So pleasant to talk to, and an amazing driver! Felt super safe the whole time (and as a young female this is of upmost importance to me). I will be requesting DeWan the next time I need a ride!!! Overall, service, convenience, price, and safety is a 10/10, not to mention you get to ride in a freakin Tesla! Great for the earth AND your wallet!! JUST TRY IT OUT, you’ll never go back to the other apps!!!

I decided to try this out after seeing them around Nashville. Overall, great concept and service!
I had a great ride from Riley in a Tesla X. For the first time in a while, the conversation was also fantastic, which is never the case with other companies. They have yet to have the influx of former cab drivers and such so you end up with folks that like driving and interacting. You def get a higher caliber of driver. Did I mention the driver was fantastic?

Prices are comparable to other services but the cars are sooooo much better and no emissions.

EarthRides is a tiny bit clunky but that’s to be expected.

They are so popular that it’s best to schedule a ride rather than hail one on demand. The few times I looked at pickup times for now they were all 30min plus.

I scheduled my ride for the next day to the airport. Whenever I’m in Nashville and have a pretty defined schedule, I’ll use this service.

I have taken two Earth Rides so far… and there is no going back. Unlike other ride share companies, this one makes you feel important and not rushed. Both experiences I have had have been the best due to being personable and customer focused. Didn’t feel like they were after the next ride each time. Karen and Brittany were angels. Everyone has issues locating our address and they contacted me to make sure they knew exactly where I was located. I would recommend Earth Rides to everyone.

I heard about Earth from a friend. She loved the Teslas and that most of her drivers were women so safety was a factor. We tried them for the first time this week. Rideshares are short handed like most of the world these days and our experience has been late and even multiple cancellations but Earth was so easy to schedule in advance to our destination and then home after the event. Our driver was a lovely gentleman, very professional and the car had that new car smell. Cannot recommend more highly.

We came across an Earth Rides poster while visiting Austin and decided to give it a try since we’d never been inside a Tesla before :) I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rate was cheaper than Uber. We had to wait about 10 minutes longer for our driver than if we had taken an Uber but they were on time and very personable. Car was beautiful and clean. Looking forward to the expansion of this startup company to other metropolitan areas. Highly recommend!

This ride service is the best by far compared to Uber or Lyft. The founders are exceptional people and have truly created an exceptional business. As a woman this service always make me feel safe and I never worry like I do with Uber or Lyft that something might go wrong. Prices are lower than other ride share services. I always always always recommend Earth Rides to anyone coming down to Nashville and cannot wait to see when they go national (there’s no doubt they will)!

From start to finish my experience with Earth Rides was top notch. Their rates were even better than Uber XL and premier options. Our driver was friendly and made us feel comfortable the entire ride. The vehicle itself was clean and the ride was so enjoyable. They even helped us with a custom ride option because of our location. I will definitely use this service again and Recommend it to our friends in the ATX area.

I LOVE Earth Rides. So much. EarthRides is easy to use, customer service is literally just a text away, the cars are clean and luxurious, the prices are competitive, but most of all, the service can’t be beat. Yesterday, I was running late and traffic was so bad I would’ve missed my flight. My driver Shavone went above and beyond, taking shortcuts she knew from living in the area, and got me to BNA with time to spare!

I will never use ANY OTHER ride app in Nashville again.

I am officially an Earth convert for life. Not only do I know I’m taking an eco-friendly vehicle but I am arriving IN STYLE always with the coolest cars - literally my friends were in awe when I pulled upon my fancy Tesla. Plus I felt so safe knowing I’d be in a ride with a driver I could trust - not always the case as a single girl in the world. Always so friendly and accommodating. Seriously the best experience ever for a ride share. Cannot recommend enough.

Great company. The best workers. My drivers are always so nice. I recommend to anyone who is traveling- so much better than any of the other options in Nashville and it’s also much cheaper. I think that it’s a great idea and it’s also good for the earth. I am not sure what else to say, but I really love this company. They also have a lot of really awesome deals and things so you always feel like you’re getting a bargain.

My time using Earth has been great so far! Friendly drivers, a clean UI, affordable prices, and the use of electric cars come together to make Earth a fantastic ride-share app. My only issue with Earth has been scheduling rides ahead of time. I’ve found it difficult to schedule a ride a week in advance for a morning commute. Other than that minor error, Earth continues to be my go-to when it comes to getting rides around Austin, Texas 🤠

Officially converted. No longer going to worry about what kinda of car I’ll be getting into. The drivers have been nothing short of amazing and always on time when I schedule ahead. The cars… have you seen the Mach-e? Always clean. And last but certainly not least, you are doing you part (no matter how small you might think it is) to help save the environment.

All the drivers are nationally background so you feel really safe especially since the drivers are employees!
I do recommend scheduling ahead as e demand for their premium service is really high. I mean you are getting in a Tesla for the same price as a regular Uber so you can see why.
You can also call and talk to a real person if you have an issue.
Oh and no surge pricing! Enough said! Haha.

I can’t say enough how much I love Earth Rides! Every experience has been excellent -from user friendly interface of EarthRides to the beautiful electric fleet, to the friendly drivers! The prices are always the same, if not better, than the rates of Uber/Lyft but the difference in experience is night and day. Highly recommend. I can’t wait to see this service grow!

We Scheduled a trip to the airport 4 days in advanced, and EarthShare was great at keeping reminders and they were perfectly on time with their service the Tesla Model X was very fun and super clean!
De Juan was a super nice driver and was fast to take our bags out for us! True luxury service at an AMAZING COST.
Truly no more sketchy drivers from Uber or Lyft and they service all nashville area and more areas around the country soon!

I use them every weekend. All you have to do is schedule your ride and they will pick you up on time, in a Tesla that will blow your mind (the black on black model S is my favorite). Very friendly and professional employees.

Idk it’s something about being picked up and dropped off in the best EV car on the market… plus they look good too.

Affordable Tesla rides. Not only do you get to ride in luxury for cheap, but you know you’re helping to save the planet. Also, every driver I’ve had is extremely kind & the employees are treated waaaay better than Uber/lyft employees.
There are technical issues/bugs with EarthRides , but it’s worth going through for the experience until it’s fixed.

For anyone who uses rideshare, Earth Rides is such a better alternative to Uber or Lyft!
First - no taking the chance of what kind of car/person/smell will be involved with your ride, you get a clean, shiny Tesla picking you up with a vetted, and trained driver who has been background checked.
Second - it’s a freakin Tesla...why not? You’re using no gas and supporting a sustainable means of travel... also it’s AMAZING to ride in.
Third - ITS THE SAME PRICE, how could you still choose Uber or Lyft when you could get rid of the bad parts and still have the same price or CHEAPER, because Earth rides has NO SURGE PRICING.

If you need another reason, just download it and see for yourself.

Never ridden in a Tesla so this was amazing and it was made even better by having a professional driver! I highly recommend it. Same price as a Lyft with quick responses when requesting a ride. Hidden gem for now until more people find out about it. Love it.

Truly a 12/10. A way better, safer, & luxurious way to ride. I will honestly never use Lyft or Uber as long as I can use Earth. I feel so much safer (as a woman who would use rideshare apps by herself).. the drivers are so nice and the cars are 10/10. I’m recommending this to everyone

Earth Rides are amazing, very professional and great to talk to while on the ride! We loved that we could select the music we wanted to hear on the ride, definitely our go to in Nashville!!!

No ability too book multiple pick/drop off locations within app. I called asking if this was possible ahead of time, driver said yes. She called back 5 mins before pick up time telling me this was not possible despite the fact that 1st location was on the route towards second location. Uber is much more convenient, customer oriented and has better service.

What a great service! The drivers are all so friendly and nice. The cars are always clean. Hoping even if you guys grow that you will still maintain this quality ☺️

I can’t say enough good things about Earth Rides! The drivers are fantastic, the Tesla’s are perfect, and it’s better for the Earth. Triple win for me!
