How to fix KOOZI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KOOZI app on iPhone
Update KOOZI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KOOZI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KOOZI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KOOZI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent KOOZI app issues:

Force Stop the KOOZI App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click KOOZI app. » click "Force Stop".

Update KOOZI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KOOZI App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "KOOZI app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch KOOZI.

Fix KOOZI unable to contact server/ KOOZI internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click KOOZI » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got KOOZI » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KOOZI on android.
