Love having the functionality in UISPCRM but it is always incomplete. Why not just finish it? I would pay for UISPCRM if it was complete and all working. I have been waiting for the ticketing portion to be implemented thinking that it would be awesome…another incomplete portion of UISPCRM. I respond to a customer on their ticket and it looks like they are talking to themselves. It does not respond as you, it responds as the client when you type a response.

We really need the ability to edit comment and close tickets back in UISPCRM again. We had it before the redesign over a year ago this is killing the usefulness of UISPCRM

I love the layout of UISPCRM, I WANT TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO MANAGE AND COMMENT ON TICKETS. Once this is in place this rating will be changed to 5 Stars. Otherwise I love the direction UISPCRM is going.
