Planner, To Do List & Calendar Reviews

PlannerToDoListCalendar does everything I need it to do and it is super easy to use. My only complaint is that when you tap the little bubble next to the “to do” task, it will be deleted. This feature should be changed. I have Mistakenly deleted tasks and there is no way to recover them. maybe by highlighting the bubble it just marks the task completed.

I read some of the reviews & thought PlannerToDoListCalendar would be perfect for me. Since I’m a retiree, I don’t have a demanding schedule. I just need a very simple calendar to log dr appts, visits with friends, travel plans, etc. Upon download, I clicked the option to add my contacts. When I began the process of adding my appts, I noticed my screen was loaded w/ the birthdays, anniversaries, etc of all of my contacts. This is too much info for me, so I decided to reverse the option to add contacts. That’s when I discovered how confusing/frustrating PlannerToDoListCalendar is. Regarding instructions on use of PlannerToDoListCalendar ...There’s a list of FAQ, but if you don’t find your answer there, you won’t get an answer at all because there’s no option to ask a specific question about PlannerToDoListCalendar . Consequently, I was unable to figure out how to simplify the lay-out of my calendar. There’s just too much confusing/extraneous/ambiguous info in the calendar format which makes it very difficult to figure out how to load my info & then access it later, so I’m outta here & back in the hunt for another calendar app.

I’ve tried a lot of task, calendar, and reminder apps before; but none of them worked well enough to permanently replace my Moleskine planners. This is the first app I’ve tried that I think might. There are a few things that I’d prefer to see tweaked and I absolutely need a web app companion for it (and when they promptly responded to my inquiry, they stated that this is planned but depends on app downloads, total users and steady revenue), but this seems to be an excellent solution to finally digitize everything in my schedule.

I’m not one to leave a review, but I’ve actually stopped using the regular calendar on my phone because I like this so much. There are so many options and specifics on ways to add in events and to-dos, I can differentiate the days of my appointments from the days I have to pay my bills like nothing. It’s all out there in plain sight unlike the iPhone calendar where you can only see each day at a time. It’s just so convenient, I recommend it to everyone.

I really enjoy the fluidity of PlannerToDoListCalendar and how it’s easy to follow instructions bring out the best features within it. The multiple reminders make it easy to form good habits in staying on task and planning ahead. Definitely recommend PlannerToDoListCalendar for those who really need structure in their busy lives. One feature I wish they could provide is an alarm for certain reminders, but other than that still very solid.

Unfortunately PlannerToDoListCalendar crashes quite frequently, the events don’t always register as repeating weekly, there should also be a better customization options for re occurring events, there should be a color wheel and more pleasure and meaningful notes experience. However, it is one of the few app on PlannerToDoListCalendar Store to get what I need accomplished even if there’s a little figuring out how to do it another way.

PlannerToDoListCalendar has the potential to change my scatterbrained life but I can not get the notifications to work. I have them all set up and gave PlannerToDoListCalendar the appropriate permissions but I do not get alarms/alerts/notifications so deadlines go by that I’m oblivious to. Ive even paid for the premium membership and they still don’t work. I’ve sent a message to the developers days ago but haven’t gotten a response. If they tell me how to fix this and it starts working the way it’s supposed to/the way I need it to, then I will update my review.

Not easy to use or sync with another person. You have to figure out everything on your own... I submitted a “contact support” report and never received a reply from either of them. Couldn’t see what my wife added and she couldn’t see what I had... ended up downloading Cozi app to try and it works better. I like how PlannerToDoListCalendar looks and places the next events in a list for you to peruse../ but I need a family app so people can add things and we don’t schedule over things... this wasn’t PlannerToDoListCalendar for that

I had purchased PlannerToDoListCalendar to help manage maintenece at a rental property I manage. At first the maintenece crew saw the to do list that I shared with them but unfortunately did not sync after that when new items were added. We did not know this glitch had happened and now are almost a month behind on tasks. We have tried logging out and logging back in, removing and re-adding users in hopes the list would update on there end but no luck. I had hoped PlannerToDoListCalendar would be a great tool for our team to stay updated on tasks but no such luck.

I’ve used one task managing app for years and was happy with it but decided to try this one when it was highlighted in PlannerToDoListCalendar Store. It’s simpler and still gets the job done. Entering tasks is very easy, as is switching between lists. I initially had an issue with syncing between iPhone and iPad but received IMMEDIATE response to help request, and problem was solved. Love it!

I really like PlannerToDoListCalendar. I’ve made it into an important daily habit to look at PlannerToDoListCalendar to organize/manage my day. Anything and everything I have to do for days to months out is quickly put on the calendar. PlannerToDoListCalendar even sends me 15 minute prior reminders to do something. PlannerToDoListCalendar definitely keeps me organized!

Would love to call from the calendar and have the calendar go further back for search. Otherwise top product.

The calendar looks great but my main issue with PlannerToDoListCalendar is that basic features such as setting a reminders aren’t included in the free version. The only free option is for 15 mins before, so for events you need to be reminded of hours or days before you’re not able to unless you pay.

I have tried several todo apps but could not find something that was less complex and as simple as this. I like how i can add someone to a task and assign them. Can't wait for the web version so i could import and create tasks while at my desk.

Take PlannerToDoListCalendar for what it is, a way to compile all the lists that rattle our brains at night. No gimmicks, nothing flashy, no obscene amount of ads. Comes with established categories that send reminders to watches and phones. Try something simple for a simple task.

Extremely simple to use and is a one stop shop for reminders, to-do’s, and calendars. I really like the morning message which reminds you to check your daily activities.

I’ve used PlannerToDoListCalendar for over a year to document event details for my custom cake business. It was the only calendar app I could find that allowed me to add pictures. But it deletes photos all the time. Then I noticed it deleted events that I’m 100% sure were visible previously and I saved them. It happened more than once. Like a lot but it deletes the notes and photos ALL the time. Do not pay for this.

PlannerToDoListCalendar is great and allows you to organize a calendar in a process list oriented way. Who knew events could have to do lists seamlessly attached to them! You guys did a great job of understanding what people need and you delivered. Thanks!

It works better than you think there’s many options it it functions perfectly I would recommend PlannerToDoListCalendar. I literally made my friend download PlannerToDoListCalendar.
