I’m really happy for وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp improvement as some older reviews are negative. However, from my experience in my previous orders; the order acceptance time and the food delivery time was reasonable.

1- they take to long to accept your order for the lack of drivers
2- they can be late, once I didnt even get my order and they charged it.
Which I can see it is possible happening . But when you call them they give excuses stupid ones, last order The driver got into an accident and he is late and 1 km away they told me when I called he is close to you, if you may go get it ! Why I am paying you extra for the delivery!!

It takes some minutes accept your order but so fast in delivering.
First time to download and order today, I really liked the program and so many deals in.

Love the service. I like that there is no minimum orders I only wish they would lower their delivery fees but it’s not as expensive as others too!

For the second times I received my order not complete, customer service they didn’t respond and no refund for the missing order. Moreover they are always late plus they charge you for delivery the double compared with other well known applications.
It’s a waist for your time and money.

First of all وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp spams you with advertisements in the notification area daily, which is against citcs laws in Saudi Arabia

Secondly وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp has very bad drivers , no training at all to drivers you have to order verbally and discard anything that you did in وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp , you have to give a location to the driver , you have to talk to the restaurant and do the ordering from A to Z.

My personal experience, its not worth the hassle.

I made an order and when the driver arrived I didn't pick up the phone immediately. So just after a few minutes, they charged me and the driver left. I tried to contact them by phone and email but they never answered.

I was surprised to be treated like this although I am a loyal customer. I decided to delete وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp immediately.

Bad customer service.. I made an order from the grocery unfortunately when they delivered my stuff most of the order was wrong and a lot of the stuff was missing and I still didn’t get my money for the missing stuff ... I’ve been emailing the customer service and I didn’t get any answer from them.

I have been using وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp every day for the last month and I never faced a problem with it

وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp works way better than other food delivery apps. I think everything about وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp is just perfect. 5 stars all the way 🙌🏻

What I have noticed in وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp, when you order something and وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp cancels it, you will not get refund. The policy they are writing and publishing is incorrect. I would not call them good app, i would call them the unprofessional, and opportunistic app.

I hope my money comes back again ;)

Very bad application, they took my money and i never got it back
The order came all wrong, the delivery guy returned the order to the store and i never got my money back!!!!

They don't have a way to reach them, you can not call them !!!! Only though وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp or email ...i sent sooo many complains on وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp yet no response until today!!! it has been more than a week !!!! I sent emails yet no replies!!!

I would not even give them one star, they take forever to deliver and every time the order is wrong !!!

Disappointed..always delayed on delivery
( they take 90 minutes instead of 30 minutes).It happened to me more than one time.
Some times they cancel the order after 15 minutes from ordering time.

Customer service is horrible, they delivered the wrong order multiple times! Also there isn’t a direct number to call the customer service!

I’ve paid for my order by Apple Pay. My order was not delivered and I can’t talk to the customer service since they closed the conversation after keeping waiting for 2 hours.

Don’t waste your money and time.

When you wait for 2 hours then they tell you the driver on his way, you wait more for your dinner, then they call and say sorry the driver had an issue and we will cancel your order and refund. No dinner for the night after a very long day. App will be deleted.

So buggy and user unfriendly. Then when I can finally get an order in, it cancels my order and then says it will refund my money in 14 days. Uber refunds immediately. Nothing was exchanged except for my patience and time for nothing. Please return my money in order to not be a thief as well.

Amazing app , delivery the food in time with less cost than other apps

Paid with apple pay, not getting any food
Tried to contact with support team no respond, no driver phone number
Application restart from zero if you go to home screen without close it

Like your service, And I like your offers.

Don’t ever think to pay by Visa as you will get stuck with them and you will regret it. Drivers are delivering many orders before they get to you, although they say clearly to franchise their company as they are fast and one driver for each order! Deceiving and unprofessional way of marketing !
If you are stuck and must use them take my advice and never order by Visa card from personal experience

وصلWsselFoodDeliveryApp was my main app for food delivery till few months ago it started to never accept any order !!, it always say that they are busy and can’t accept any order, every single time.

Used to be the only app I used and now it’s always getting stuck, the orders never go through, you can never get through to customer support and now it’s not allowing me to use cash as payment method! Worst food app

To many orders with no pictures nor details

They accepted my order and after an hour of placing the order I get a call that the restaurant won’t accept card payments and they will cancel my order. Now 48 hours for the refund. Well done guys.

Be careful don’t give them your visa card they will take the money and send to you any order other than your order , If you try to call them they will never respond to you
