I loved the free part of the game! I liked it so much, in fact, that I paid $4.99 for the VIP Pack, which is supposed to open all levels. Bad decision. After paying my money I was unable to download any of the higher levels. I contacted their product support about it and I immediately received a boilerplate email thanking me for contacting them and telling me that someone would be in touch soon to help with my problem. That was two weeks ago. After repeated attempts to get support I finally had to ask Apple for help, which they gladly and promptly provided. Apple refunded my $5. I'm sure they took a loss because of the ineptitude of the developer of this game. Don't waste your money.

I bought the Christmas edition for iOS 11. First every time I go in, the level shows as unlock. I have to hir restore and go buy it again and it would pop up this has already been bought. I have to do that five times before level 10 would show with the purchase button keep pooping up. Then because I’m on the Ipad, on level10 I can’t unscrew the top right screw on the duct grid as it is behind the settings button so cannot access. Cannot move forward. I want a refund immediately.

Okay. Let’s get it straight, I like this game in all...but THE AD’S!....there’s like 10 in a row. I’m tired I just wanna play a game with at least less ad’s and when I tried doing the walk-through on level 3 it just turned black every time I tried and kicked me out of the app. Honestly my opinion is to not download this, unless you like getting scammed or watching ad’s. Maybe if I was able to watch the walk-through I would give this a five star I wish you were able to give half a star.
