I’m 32 and was an athlete my whole life, but never saw the value of stretching. As I get older and my muscles and bones don’t hold up like they did when I was 18, I’m starting to realize the value of stretching. I’ve given up on stretching routines because I take on too much too fast and quit because I don’t see results quickly. This app has motivated me to be consistent with the easy stuff and have seen results little by little. I’d love for more stretches to be periodically added. I’ll still give it 5 stars for simplicity and function.

I am a huge fan of this app and have been for several months. It has really helped me push my beginner stretches! My pike and butterfly in particular have progressed a lot. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get into a stretching routine! My only issue is that as I find myself progressing through the stretch, I wish I could add others that help push my flexibility further. I see other similar requests for more stretches. My minimal-complexity suggestion would be to allow users to add pictures/descriptions of other stretches to modify/add to the routine.

This app is great for anybody looking to start a good stretching routine! I’ve used it for a month now and have noticed myself significantly more flexible; the app design is simple and straightforward which makes it easy to do everyday. The developer is fantastic! I reported a glitch after an update and he responded and had it fixed the very next day! Overall, I’m very happy with this app, happy enough that if the developer added paid features in the future, I’d be the first customer and that’s a lot coming from me!

This app is good if you are a beginner or just want some foundational stretches you can do to get your day started. I like it because it can be done quickly. I like the 7 minute workout each day before jumping in the shower as a wake-up / keep the body strong in the basics. This stretch routine is like that in my mind.... something you can do for a few minutes daily.... just to stay limber with the basics throughout your life.

Stretching has not been my highest priority even though I’m pretty active. The older I get, the longer recovery time becomes. This app has made it easy to make short stretching session a daily (or 2x daily) activity. Good starting point. Only thing that could be added is a description of which muscles are being stretched. This helps you know if you’re in the correct position.
