1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Piano Ball: Run On Music Tiles until it starts shaking.
2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
3. Click on that X to delete the Piano Ball: Run On Music Tiles app from your phone.
