How to fix myMET app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the myMET app on iPhone
Update myMET app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall myMET iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix myMET on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve myMET network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent myMET app issues:

Force Stop the myMET App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click myMET app. » click "Force Stop".

Update myMET to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear myMET App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "myMET app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch myMET.

Fix myMET unable to contact server/ myMET internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click myMET » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got myMET » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch myMET on android.

The wind meters measure wind speed, air temperature and wind chill, which is transmitted using Bluetooth LE technology, to an iPhone 4s or later, or an iPad 2 or later.
