TikTokStudio is a lot more user friendly than the regular TikTok app. Everything is easier to find and it’s a great way to easily see video analytics.

However. TikTokStudio ads nothing new, there’s no advanced editing tools, it’s the exact same as the TikTok app. Basically third party apps are still better for editing.

You can’t add location and sometimes TikTokStudio lags, basically becoming useless.

I could be wrong, but I swear some text I added to a video, actually lost quality and became blurry, when it transferred to the main TikTok app.

Typically TikTok will reward you for using their newest features so I tried uploading from TikTokStudio and it ruined the visual and audio quality of my video. Tried to delete and repost within TikTok and of course, now that it’s a “repeat” video, it was tanked. Nice analytics but TikTok app has pretty much all the same stuff.

I have 2 accounts and can’t login to either. Apple ID just flat out doesn’t work and my other one with an Apple passkey, I have no option to get the passkey and login. Completely useless.

I cannot express in words how much I hate TikTok’s in app video editor, so when they launched TikTok Studio, I was excited! But when I opened TikTokStudio and realized it’s the EXACT SAME THING I was so disappointed. This video editor is garbage! I don’t use TikTok for video editing for a reason. It is so frustrating to edit in TikTokStudio . When I try to edit the text for the captions, the cursor automatically goes to the end of the sentence instead of where I was trying to edit. Speaking of captions, same ugly fonts, same ugly colors, same ugly shadows/outlines. There’s no way to mask clips, key frames, or proper green screen with effects. They’re trying to replace CapCut which is a FAR superior editing app but they plan on doing it with this buggy garbage? Then they reward you with views for posting with TikTokStudio and punish you for using CapCut because they can’t compete. How about you make a better app??? Then naturally people use it instead of being forced to use an inferior product just because it has your logo??

TikTok, myself and many others have fallen victim to a bullying scheme here on TikTokStudio , where users are gathering in groups and mass reporting videos. They do this especially when recent videos are posted that they are notified about, and mass reporting with a group of people affects the algorithm so if your video WAS taking off and about to get big numbers, it completely HALTS it (even if you aren’t violating community guidelines, it still glitches the system and stops your video from getting pushed out) and it causes the video to get no views, if any maybe a dozen or so. This is so unfair and extremely discouraging. PLEASE fix this. I, and many others are begging you guys to please make it so people don’t have control over this. I understand violation of community guidelines, but to halt the video so it stops getting views, even if you appeal it, it’s not the same. :(

I was really disappointed, tiktok’s editing tools are very vague, pretty useless, so when I saw the tik tok studio app I THOUGHT they would improve stuff and make it a REAL studio, a real editing app like Capcut, but instead you have the EXACT same tools you’d have in tik tok but with an extra app to download and waste space on your phone 😐 there is NOTHING different in this separate tiktok app, don’t even bother downloading. It’s already disappointing that tiktok suppresses videos that aren’t edited on their app, but worse they don’t even improve their own editing tools, so how else will one create original and fresh content?

I spent an hour trying to login to the Studio app and finally gave up. My login info was correct. I was able to login to the TikTok app, and both the mobile and the desktop Seller Center with no issues. The Studio app prompted me to recover my account and that didn’t work either. It wasn’t worth the hassle to keep trying when I can access the studio within the TikTok app.

i saw that i had early access, so i downloaded it, and TikTokStudio glitched out and i couldnt access TikTokStudio and the glitch deleted TikTokStudio for me 😡

I’ve lost multiple videos bc TikTokStudio is glitching and either won’t let me caption or won’t let me save videos. Then when I exit to get hashtags from another app, tiktok studio freezes and I lose the video. It’s not in drafts. It’s not in the camera section. It’s gone. It’s happened twice to mention the last couple of hours.

App is great but it always has 404 errors and it’s really annoying because I want to grow my account and when i keep getting errors then I cant do certain things. You keep saying you fixed bugs in the update but there are still ALOT of bugs.

They need to fix Tik Tok studio and make sure that creators only need to use Tik Tok studio to post my videos and to see more clear Insights . I don’t want to be a content consumer, I want to be a only creator. I shouldn’t have to later on go to the regular Tik Tok app to do the creator search insight and watch other videos, so my own Tik Tok (which I have posted) video can have higher watch count.

For affiliates, you can’t add products to videos from the studio app. Poor implementation there. We need it easier, not more difficult and complicated. Thanks, and I look forward to what this could be.

The editing tools are great just like how they were on TikTokStudio . But when i upload a video from the editor the quality drops and the video becomes grainy. This is the biggest issue with TikTokStudio hoping they fix it soon.

TikTokStudio has potential, but I've been running into some glitches that make it difficult to use. When I tried to post a video, it kept getting stuck in drafts. No matter how many times I tried to post it, it wouldn't move past the draft stage. Even stranger, when I checked back later, the same video had been posted multiple times, yet it also remained stuck in drafts! I deleted the duplicates to clean things up, but then the single remaining video wouldn't process at all. This makes it impossible to share the content I want. I hope the developers can fix these drafting and posting bugs soon. It would be great to see TikTokStudio function smoothly.

Update… After several hours finally decided to start loading some data… I don’t know if this is normal or not. Upgraded from one star to three stars… We’ll see how it goes.

Using iPhone 15 Pro Max… Latest software updated… App never loads any data. Just looks like it’s loading forever. Tried deleting and re-downloading… Still doesn’t work.

I’m a little confused while we have this when we can do all of this inside of our TikTok and the creator side. I am not sure if it’s beneficial yet, but I’m sure they’re adding more stuff to it to make it more beneficial.

Having a separate app to explore the analytics and get deeper insight is great, but the uploader needs some work! I just uploaded my first video with it and immediately deleted it and uploaded natively through the main tiktok app, because the quality was super compressed and grainy. Not even just my video, but the text and elements I added on screen within TikTokStudio . Once this issue is fixed, I’ll be excited to use TikTokStudio more

The Studio is pretty neat but I’ve noticed on TikTok that my video quality is poorer than the video I uploaded on TikTok Studio. When I see the settings on the Studio app, I don’t see the option to optimize the quality. This is something to improve on

I now don’t have to go on TikTok and waste time when I want to post. So that’s a plus.

Add the ability to schedule posts out and this will be 5/5

TikTokStudio has a helpful view for metrics, content creation, and great UI, but I can’t schedule videos, which is only available on desktop. Who uses desktop? It would be 5 stars if you add post scheduling!

just like the studio that they already have within the main app, but it is nice to have everything separated. I was hoping you would have some unique features, like maybe post scheduling. but it’s good nonetheless and I’ll continue to utilize it.

Looking forward to more under the hood. I assume there’s a reason they’ve separated the video editor from TikTokStudio as right now it’s basically the same as the in app editor. Hope it’s just a bug but I couldn’t rename my original sound audio in my first video I used it with.

I tried the new app which is released recently for Creators on TikTok. It’s very helpful. Hope it provides more efficient tools in the future.

Man, finally have the studio app for TikTok. All tools putting together does improve my efficiency and help me find all the stuff needed. Functions are easy to use and make sense to me. Looking forward to growing my TikTok with TikTokStudio.

Everything was smooth, & I like how it’s a lot like the YouTube studio app. This is a step in the right direction. TikTok was bread and butter for my business for 3 years- @growwithcorey- updates with TikTok and the giant decline in engagement is no good- TikTokStudio seems like it could potentially help that issue 👌
