BarcodexScanner crashes way too often. I paid for the pro version. I would clear off all my scans and it’ll still crash every other scan. It’s not at all reliable. It’s so bad that I want my money back and I almost never want to ask for my money back.

I purchased Pro and it still says I’ve reached my max for Lite even though it says that my app is pro version. I deleted and downloaded BarcodexScanner again. It even said I had already purchased pro so would I like to download it again for free? I said yes and still the same issue.

Takes forever.... to scan and many times it dose not scan at all. Its pretty bad. Ive tried others as well and they also lack with features and functionality.

Who ever heard of a inventory system that recorded only the barcode and not the description of the product that that barcode goes with. That is stupid thinking!

it does'nt work on my iphone 5. It wont even activate the camera. I know my camera works. All my other carebode readers work fine. strange

BarcodexScanner does what I want it to do: scan barcodes and make a list of them, with some options for separating them, such as csv, spaces, semicolons, etc. Works well. However, I found no help, the website link in BarcodexScanner Store goes to a blank page, and no "Contact Us". It wasn't too difficult to figure it out with trial and error, but I have questions and am left with no ability to contact the developer. Also, if it ever misbehaved there doesn't seem to be a way to report bugs. I also wish I could just send my list to the clipboard instead of having to mail it to myself as a text file, then send it to some other app (Pages or some other text editor) just to get my list of codes to the clipboard. Most spreadsheets can do a paste so it would work for all sorts of things. But of course I can't request this feature because there's no way to communicate with the developer.

I initially got BarcodexScanner for a job where I had to do physical inventory of a company’s IT assets. I was amazed at all of the features BarcodexScanner has. But at the time, its scanner function, it’s entire reason for being, was poor. I had to suffer through using an app with less features but had better scanning ability.
But they just fixed the scanner, and now it works great!

I needed a way to get a list of barcode numbers. That's it. Just a list of numbers. BarcodexScanner is 98% perfect for that job. The things that would make it 100% perfect for me are: a running total of the number of barcodes I've scanned, an option to discard duplicate scans (to not have them show up in my final list), and I'd totally pay $0.99 to remove the ads. Love it!

This was the best barcode scanner app I have tried. It read the barcode quickly and accurately, the settings are really easy to customize, the export is a breeze. Highly recommended.

This scanner worked beautifully. Scanned my entire cookbook library and put it online in no time.
It was such a pleasure to use, that after I finished I started looking around for other things to scan...I’ll have to buy a lot more cookbooks so I can keep using this great App.

What an amazing app especially since it's free. It does exactly what it describes and does it well. I've scanned a few dozen items and so far so good. I love that I can email the spreadsheet of barcodes and pictures of what I've scanned. I'm using an iPhone 6

BarcodexScanner was a lifesaver for me. Saved me hours of manual labor and worked like a charm! Very simple and effective inventory manager.. Just what the doctor ordered for me. The barcode scanner is exceptional as well, doesn't miss anything. Highly recommended
