ReopenCU would freeze or refresh to the same page repeatedly and never let me open a link. Also, Iโd go from a Green Pass one week to a Red Pass the next week then back to a Green Pass. No explanation. None. This is the second year Iโve seemingly been shunned from campus despite paying full price. This is beyond safety protocols. There is no common sense logic to 90% of this. I feel as though Iโm doing more for Columbia during this pandemic than theyโre doing for me.

After inputting UNร and password (confirmed correct), ReopenCU wonโt let me press the blue login button. Only the clear button works.

App does not work reliably, some days it is active, some days itโs โdeadโ, canโt log in, have to waste time in front of building signing in manually - so much for social distancing, Columbia!

First, itโs a stupid idea to require everyone to attest they are symptom free. Have you heard of lying? Second, if youโre going to spend my tuition dollars making an app, make sure I can sign in!!! Right now, ReopenCU doesnโt let me sign in. So frustrating.

Absolutely an ineptly coded app. Frequently crashes or locks users out of the portal. After reinstalling it now wonโt accept login and passwords. The idea of ReopenCU to keep people safe is an admirable one, but my god the execution of this is awful.

In my 27 years' life, I've never seen anything dumber than ReopenCU. It is not even available in China's app store. Moreover, it only asks you one question without any offline tests to grant you green pass. Please CU save your money for other places, maybe refund some tuition.
