Easy Fax Reviews

I just uploaded this and have used it 3 times now to send same 3 page fax. The first time, only one of three pages transmitted. The second time, although I got a message from EasyFax indicating that the fax has been sent, no one in the other end received it. There doesn’t seem to be any option for receiving refunds when EasyFax misfires. We will have to see if the third time‘s the charm, but so far quite dissatisfied with EasyFax.

Never work don’t recommend

It’s not free, and keep asking for more and more money. I just rather go to Fedex or Kinkos and pay for the fax.

I have tried to fax a few things and the receiver never got a thing. Every. Single. Time. Do not download. Plus I had to buy credits to help send things and it was a waste of money.

Purchased about $13 in credits in order to send a fax. Attempted fax from multiple locations at different times and would not process, not only this my request for refund was denied. Now I have approximately 300 credits I will never use and I had to go into a store to do the fax anyways and pay for it there. Do not waste your money.

Used to be able to earn credits by watching a video. Credits could then be used to offset cost of sending a fax. According to EasyFax , there’s still that option. But whenever I try, all I get is a message that says “Video not Available”. This has been for a couple of weeks. Disappointing.

I attempted to send an image to my husband's phone but when he answered it it just beeped. He didn't know what it meant so he hung up.
EasyFax is confusing at best.
No real instructions are included with EasyFax.

I'll pass and stick to email.

Didn't see a way to fax a stored document such as pdf in file manager. Only option is to send a previously saved photo image, or allow access to device camera for the fax software to capture a photo to send. Odd, what if 20 pages to send, must take 20 photos?

I watched a variety of videos… No credit was ever given. I couldn’t even use EasyFax. Worthless

EasyFax only works once in while.
I’ve tried 2 different fax numbers and all got is (failed) after about 4 tries I gave up on trying send my documents
I wouldn’t recommend EasyFax to any of my friends

I don’t get it why everyone seems to still want to charge for a dumb technology like fax charge for the program and then that’s it if you need to make money

Easy but expensive to use

Love EasyFax , and the ease of sending faxes on the go. But I work for a company, and have a company card I’d like to put these credits on. There’s no option for manually entering a card number. Only Apple Pay.

EasyFax is really only free your first fax you send. You’re supposed to have the ability to watch short clip videos for credits to your account for sending more faxes. Well, that only works once.
It costs 10 credits for each page of a fax you send. You also have ability to attach a “cover letter” to your outgoing fax, which is pretty nice.
The biggest complaint is the statement about this being “free” it really only is the first time like I stated. I’ve tried emailing about the issue. With 0 response.
I did notice that if you open EasyFax about a month later you MIGHT be able to watch maybe a couple video clips for 4 credits.. LOL.

You can get credit by watching ad.

EasyFax saved my behind when I had no access to a fax machine & was in a critical time crunch on a job. Thanks to EasyFax, I was able to get it faxed over & submitted just in time!! Saved me several hundred dollars. A++++ app & easy for someone like myself to use & I’m very far from being tech savvy. Highly recommend

The programmer/ developer purposely gives you like 5 pages of free fax the first use! 10/10 no gimmicks. Then you can watch ads to avoid paying

Most certainly the best faxing app ever! Simple and free for the first page, definitely helps build loyalty. I will be using EasyFax more often. Other apps either don’t work or charge you for hoping they work. This one is guaranteed. THANKS!

I had to send a important fax….but just wasn’t feeling up to driving to the UPS store, I wasn’t feeling well. I came across EasyFax and gave it a try…WOW it worked and the receiving end did get it. I wish there was more videos to watch…but I dont mind paying if I really need to get something out. Thanks

Just watch ads occasionally to get credits , I only use once or twice a week , you will still use credits on failed send , so make sure the fax you send to is available. I think they refund used credits on failed send . You do have an option to buy credits . Which is nice incase you are short . Just watch ads gets you 2 credits per ad you watch. . Honestly I love this feature it works for me .

I never have problem faxing.
Very quick and easy to use! It’s also good to use when you need to fax right away and for traveling as well.
I recommend you give EasyFax a try!!
